اثر سطوح مختلف پودر گیاهان سیر، آویشن، نعناع فلفلی، دارچین و زردچوبه بر عملکرد رشد ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (onchorhynchus mykiss)

بررسی‌ها نشان داده است که استفاده از ترکیبات گیاهی در جیره گونه‌های مختلف آبزیان بر عملکرد رشد تاثیرگذار می‌باشد. این تحقیق استفاده از چند ترکیب گیاهی مختلف به‌طور همزمان در جیره غذایی بچه ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان را مورد بررسی قرار داد. بدین‌منظور تعداد 80 قطعه ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (onchorhynchus mykiss) با میانگین وزنی متوسط  0/37±15 گرم پس از سازگاری با محیط در 4 تانک ‌پرورش توزیع و به ‌مدت 8 هفته با سه جیره حاوی مقادیر مختلف پودر ترکیبات گیاهی (سیر، آویشن، نعناع فلفلی، دارچین و زردچوبه) و یک جیره شاهد تغذیه شدند. در پایان دوره، شاخص‌های رشد شامل میزان رشد روزانه، ضریب رشد ویژه، شاخص رشد طولی، شاخص احشائی، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، ضریب چاقی و ضریب افزایش وزن بدن اندازه‌گیری شد. براساس نتایج، کلیه شاخص‌ها در تیمار 1 (پودر سیر، نعناع فلفلی، دارچین و زرد چوبه به‌ترتیب 1، 4، 1 و 0/3 درصد جیره) بهترین وضیعت را در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها و تیمار شاهد نشان داد. همچنین، تغییر محتوای برخی از این ترکیبات سبب تغییر عملکرد رشد ماهیان گردید. بر این اساس، استفاده از ترکیبات گیاهی با مقدار مناسب می‌تواند اثر تجمیعی بر عملکرد رشد داشته باشد. همچنین در صورت استفاده همزمان ترکیبات مختلف مقادیر مورد استفاده نسبت به زمان مصرف جداگانه حجم کمتری را شامل خواهد شد.

effect of different levels of some herbal powders (garlic, thyme, peppermint, cinnamon, and turmeric) on the growth performance of rainbow trout (onchorhynchus mykiss)

studies have shown that the use of plant compounds in the diet of different aquatic species affects their growth performance. this experiment was conducted to use different plant compounds simultaneously in the diet of juvenile rainbow trout. therefore, a total of 80 juveniles of rainbow trout (onchorhynchus mykiss) with an average weight of 15±0.37 g were distributed in 4 tanks after adaptation to the laboratory conditions and fed 3 diets containing different amounts of plant compounds powder (garlic, thyme, peppermint, cinnamon and turmeric) and control group for 8 weeks. at the end of the experiment, the growth performance including average daily growth, specific growth rate, longitudinal growth rate, visceral index, food conversion rate, condition factor, and body weight gain increase, were calculated. according to the results, treatment 1 (garlic powder, peppermint, cinnamon, and turmeric, respectively 1, 4, 1, and 0.3% of diet) revealed the best growth performance compared to other treatments and the control. also, changing the content of some of these compounds showed different growth performance. hence, using plant compounds with the right amount has a cumulative effect on growth performance. in conclusion, if they are applied simultaneously, they will contain smaller amounts than when used separately.
