پیاده‏ سازی سامانه اطلاعات مکانی و کاربرد آن در مدیریت و تصمیم ‏سازی شرکت‏ های آب و فاضلاب شهری

محدودیت منابع آب موجود از یک سو و رشد روز افزون تقاضا در مقایسه با توسعه زیرساخت‏ های شهری در این بخش و نیاز به برنامه ‏ریزی ‏های لازم از سوی دیگر، لزوم استفاده از یک تفکر سیستمی و جامع در زمینه مدیریت منابع و توسعه زیرساخت‏ های آبرسانی را روز به روز آشکارتر و با اهمیت ‏تر می‏ سازد. همچنین مواجه شدن با حجم عظیمی از داده‏ ها و اطلاعات مکانی در اینگونه زیرساخت ‏ها، استفاده از فناوری‏ های نوین جهت جمع ‏آوری، ذخیره‏ سازی، پردازش، دسترسی، مدل‏ سازی و در نهایت فرآیند تصمیم‏ سازی در کوتاه‏ترین زمان، بالاترین دقت و کمترین هزینه را مطرح می‏ سازد. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی نحوه پیاده‏ سازی gis در شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز، داده ‏های مکانی موجود در این شرکت و کلیه اطلاعات موجود در پایگاه‏ های داده توصیفی، که قابلیت تبدیل شدن به اطلاعات مکانی را دارد و یا به غنی نمودن پایگاه داده gis کمک می‏نمایند بررسی شده است. همچنین ارتباط برخط1 بین این پایگاه‏ های داده با پایگاه داده gis از طریق یک وب سرویس با استفاده از سیستم مدیریت پایگاه داده sql server2008 و رابط arcsde برقرار گردیده است. در نهایت کلیه اطلاعات مکانی و توصیفی بهنگام سازمان از طریق سرویس‏ های نقشه‏ ای تحت وب، به منظور استفاده در تصمیم‏ گیری و مدیریت بهینه منابع، در اختیار کاربران حوزه های مختلف قرار می‏گیرد.

Implementation of GIS and its application in management and decision-making in water and waste water companies

Water resource Constraints on the one side, the industrial and urban infrastructures which cannot cope with the growing demand, and the need for adequate planning on the other hand, emphasizes the importance of using a comprehensive and systematic approach in the field of water resources management and infrastructure development more obvious and significant day by day. Also, exposure to large amounts of data and spatial data in such infrastructures, raises the use of new technologies for collecting, storing, processing, accessing, modeling, and finally the decision making process in the shortest time, with the highest accuracy and lowest costs. In this paper, as well as the investigation of GIS implementation in Shiraz Water and Wastewater Company, the spatial data in this company and all the information contained in the descriptive database that can be converted into spatial information to help enrich GIS database, were studied. Also, online communication between these databases and the GIS database was established through a Web service (Using SQL Server2008 database management system and Arc SDE interface). Finally, for decision and resource optimization management, the company apos s updated Spatial and description data through an Internet Map Server were provided to users in different fields.
