بررسی عوامل موثر بر رفتار سرمایه‏گذاران در تمایل به سرمایه‏گذاری مجدد (مورد مطالعه: سرمایه‏گذاران بورس اوراق بهادار تهران)

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رفتار سرمایه‏گذاران در تمایل به سرمایه‏گذاری مجدد در بازار بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. ابعاد عوامل موثر بر رفتار سرمایه‏گذاران شامل مکان سرمایه‏گذاری، قوانین و مقررات سرمایه‏گذاری، موقعیت سرمایه‏گذاری، امنیت سرمایه‏گذاری، نقدینگی سرمایه‏گذاری و سودآوری سرمایه‏گذاری است. رضایت سرمایه‏گذاران نیز به­عنوان متغیر میانجی در این پژوهش استفاده شده است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف،کاربردی و توصیفی می‏باشد و از حیث نحوه ارتباط بین متغیرها از نوع پژوهش توصیفی – پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل سرمایه‏گذاران بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‏باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی در دسترس 363 نفر از سرمایه‏گذاران به­عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت آزمودن فرضیات از مطالعات میدانی و از ابزار پرسشنامه ‏استفاده شده است. به منظور برآورد مدل از روش‏های مدل‏یابی معادلات ساختاری و از نرم‏افزار lisrel 8.5 استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‏دهد که ابعاد رفتار سرمایه‏گذاران دارای تاثیر مستقیمی بر رضایت سرمایه‏گذاران بوده که نقدینگی سرمایه‏گذاری با ضریب اثر 0/79 و عدد معناداری 7/64 در رتبه اول تاثیر قرار گرفته است. قوانین و مقررات سرمایه‏گذاری با ضریب اثر0/50 و عدد معناداری 3/36 در رتبه آخر قرار گرفته است. همچنین رضایت سرمایه‏گذاران بر تمایل به سرمایه‏گذاری مجدد دارای تاثیر مستقیم است.

Survey Effective Factors on Investor's Behavior at Willing to Reinvestment (Case Study: Tehran Stock Exchange Investors)

The aim of of this study Identify Effective factors on investment behavior the desire to Reinvestment in the Tehran Stock Exchange. Dimensions of investor behavior included investment location, investment laws and regulations, investment position, investments security, investment liquidity, investment profitability. Investor satisfaction as intermediary variable used in this study. The study In terms of objective is practical and descriptive and in terms of how relationships between variables is the descriptive - survey research. statistical population of this research included tehran stock exchange investors that uses random sampling available 363 individual investors as an example, were examined. To test the hypothesis of field studies and questionnaires have been used. To estimate the model Structural equation modeling techniques And Lisrel 8.5 software are used. The results show that investor behavior has a direct impact on the satisfaction of investor that investment liquidity with a ratio of 0.79, and a significant number of 7.64 on the first impact is located And the rules and regulations of the investment ratio of 0.5, and a significant number of 3.36 on the last is located and investors Satisfaction has a direct impact on well as willingness to Reinvestment
