تبیین نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در تحقق تاب آوری اجتماعی در دوران پاندمی کرونا مطالعه موردی: کلان شهر اهواز

پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده است تا نقش سرمایه اجتماعی را در تحقق و ارتقای تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در کلان‌شهر اهواز در دوران پاندمی کرونا مورد تحلیل قرار دهد. دو سوال اصلی پژوهش این گونه طرح شد که نخست: کیفیت تحقق شاخص‌های تبیین کننده سرمایه اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری اجتماعی به عنوان پیشران های کلان پژوهش در کلان‌شهر اهواز در دوران پاندمی کرونا چگونه است؟ دوم : نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در تحقق تاب اوری اجتماعی در کلانشهر اهواز در دوران پاندمی کرونا چگونه تبیین می شود؟ در این راستا،پژوهش حاضر با هدف گذاری کاربردی و با روش شناسی «توصیفی-تحلیلی» به انجام رسیده است. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از روش میدانی با ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. برای این منظور به روش آنلاین، از نظرات 667 شهروند ساکن در کلان‌شهر اهواز در بازه زمانی تیرماه تا آذر ماه 1400 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نخست: بر اساس مدل شباهت به گزینه ایده آل فازی (ftopsis)، کیفیت تحقق معیارهای زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی و اعتماد اجتماعی از منظر سرمایه اجتماعی و شاخص‌های و برنامه ریزی توسعه اجتماعی و تسهیلات اجتماعی از منظر تاب آوری اجتماعی در کلان‌شهر اهواز در دوران پاندمی کرونا در ضعیف‌ترین حالت نسبت به دیگر معیارهای تبیین کننده می‌باشد. دوم : بر اساس نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در قالب نرم افزار lisrel سرمایه اجتماعی دارای نقشی مثبت و معنادار در تحقق و ارتقای تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در کلانشهر اهواز در دوران پاندمی کرونا دارد.نتایج پژوهش می تواند برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران شهری را در نحوه شناخت وضعیت و تلاش برای ارتقای شاخص های سرمایه اجتماعی و تاب آوری اجتماعی در راستای رسیدن به یک شهر زیست پذیر تاب آور در دوران سخت همچون پاندمی کرونا یاری دهد.

explaining the role of social capital in the realization of social resilience during the corona pandemic a case study of ahvaz metropolis

the present research has tried to analyze the role of social capital in realizing and promoting social resilience in the ahvaz metropolis during the corona pandemic. the two main questions of the research were proposed as follows: first, what is the quality of the realization of indicators explaining social capital and social resilience as drivers of research in the metropolis of ahvaz during the corona pandemic? second: how is the role of social capital in the realization of social resilience in the ahvaz metropolis during the corona pandemic period explained? in this regard, the current research was carried out with a practical purpose and with a descriptive-analytical method. to collect research data, a field method with a questionnaire tool was used, and for this purpose, online, the opinions of 667 citizens living in the ahvaz metropolis were used between july and december 1400. the results of the research show that first: based on the ftopsis model, the quality of social infrastructure and social trust from the perspective of social capital and social development planning indicators and social facilities from the perspective of social resilience in the metropolis of ahvaz during the corona pandemic is in the weakest state compared to other explanatory criteria. second: based on the results of structural equation modelling in the form of lisrel software, social capital has a positive and meaningful role in realizing and promoting social resilience in the ahvaz metropolis during the corona pandemic. the results of the research can help urban planners and policymakers how to recognize the situation and try to improve the indicators of social capital and social resilience to reach a livable and resilient city in difficult times such as the corona pandemic.
