تحلیل تطبیقی سرزندگی شهری در محلات قدیم و جدید با رویکرد حق به شهر مطالعه موردی: محلات شهر یزد

یکی از حقوقی که شهروندان از آن برخورداری هستند حق به فضای سرزنده شهری است، محلاتی پویا، درخورشان و منزلت و البته تلاش و کوشش شهروندان یک محله. اما شهروند برای رسیدن به این حق نخست باید حقوقی را رعایت کند؛ فضایی را تولید کند که، بازتولید آن فضای سرزنده شهری برای همه شهروندان باشد. شهر تاریخی یزد که از میراث غنی نهفته در ارزش‌های پایداری برخوردار است، به‌سرعت تحت‌فشارهای مدرنیته دچار تحولات فضایی شده است. تصمیمات سیاسی در سالیان گذشته موجب عدم توازن اجتماعی و اقتصادی در شهر یزد شده که این مسئله را در سرزندگی محلات شهر یزد می‌توان به‌وضوح مشاهده کرد. پس از بررسی و تحلیل یافته‌ها محلات؛ محله فهادان (بافت تاریخی) بیشترین میزان سرزندگی را داراست، در رتبه دوم محله صفائیه از محلات ثروتمند نشین (جدید) شهر جای دارد و در رتبه سوم محله حاشیه‌نشین اسکان کویر (در گذار) قرارگرفته است. قرارگیری محله فهادان در جایگاه نخست میزان سرزندگی شهری ناشی از تنوع بالا در کالبد و حاضران در محیط است. از سوی دیگر قرارگیری محله اسکان کویر در جایگاه سوم دلیل بر پایین بودن سرزندگی محله نیست چراکه کالبد ناقص و آسیب‌پذیر محدوده کیفیت زندگی محدوده را پایین آورده است. در میان این سه محله، محله صفائیه بهترین وضعیت را از حیث کیفیت محیط داراست اما پدیده غریبگی و عدم سرمایه اجتماعی و حس لامکانی میان ساکنان و غریبه‌گزی با عابران و رهگذران به‌طور محسوسی قابل‌مشاهده است که با توجه به این نکته می‌توان این محدوده را از حیث سرزندگی در وضعیت نامطلوبی قلمداد کرد. در ادامه به ارائه پیشنهادها در جهت تثبیت و افزایش نقاط قوت و کاهش نقاط ضعف و تبدیل آن‌ها به نقاط قوت پرداخته می‌شود.

the right to the city is not only a material concept; citizens and city dwellers must be involved in the production of the city atmosphere; it is one of citizens’ rights to enjoy a lively urban atmosphere, dynamic neighborhoods, and neighborhoods worthy of dignity, as well as the efforts of their neighbors. but to achieve this right, the citizen must first observe the rights.to produce a space that reproduces the lively urban space for all citizens. the historical city of yazd, which has a rich heritage hidden in sustainable values, has rapidly undergone spatial changes under the pressures of modernity. political decisions in recent years have caused social and economic imbalances in the city of yazd, which can be clearly seen in the vitality of the neighborhoods of yazd. after reviewing and analyzing the findings, neighborhoods; fahadan neighborhood (historical context) has the highest rate of vitality, the safaieh neighborhood is in the second rank of the wealthy (new) neighborhoods of the city, and in the third rank is the suburban neighborhood of eskan kavir (neighborhoods in transition). the location of the fahadan neighborhood in the first place is the amount of urban vitality due to the high diversity in the body and those present in the environment. on the other hand, the location of the eskan kavir neighborhood in the third place is not a reason for the low vitality of the neighborhood because the incomplete and vulnerable body has reduced the quality of life in the area.among these three neighborhoods, the safaieh neighborhood has the best situation in terms of environmental quality, but it is evident that there is a sense of alienation and a lack of social capital among residents as well as alienation from passers-by and passers-by.
