تحلیل و ارزیابی تاثیر ساختار کالبدی - فضایی در توزیع سفرها و ترافیک شهری مطالعه موردی: شهر رشت

ساختار فضایی و کالبدی شهر نقش مهمی در عملکردهای اجتماعی و رفتار شهروندان دارد و شبکه معابر به عنوان عامل پیونددهنده عناصر سازمان فضایی اهمیت زیادی در ساختار شهرها دارند. در پژوهش حاضر، چگونگی انتخاب این فضاها به وسیله عابران برای رسیدن به مقصد با استفاده از روش چیدمان فضا تبیین می شود. نوع پژوهش حاضر کاربردی است و روش تحقیق از نوع مطالعه رابطه معنادار عوامل فضایی - کالبدی شامل کاربری اراضی و متغیرهای چیدمان فضا با عوامل مشاهداتی شامل حجم سفرها در معابر شهری است. در این پژوهش بر اساس تئوری چیدمان فضا و مفهوم آن در قالب حرکت طبیعی در فضای شهری، پس از بررسی ساختار فضایی - کالبدی شهر رشت در سه گام اساسی با استفاده از تحلیل گراف پارامترهای نحوی (هم پیوندی ،ارتباط کنترل و میانگین عمق) و همچنین روش رگرسیون چندگانه مشخص گردید که پیکره بندی فضایی و چیدمان کاربری اراضی با رفتار سفر شهروندان رابطه مستقیم معناداری داشته و تا 75 درصد تغییرات آن را می توانند پیش بینی کنند. کاربری های تجاری و مسکونی در مقایسه با سایر کاربری ها تاثیر نسبتاً زیادی در تولید و جذب سفر دارند. ضریب بتای پیکره بندی فضایی 0/63 و به مراتب بیشتر از کاربری اراضی با ضریب 0/34 است. این در حالی است که هر کدام از این متغیرها به صورت جداگانه قادر به ارائه مدل مطلوبی جهت توجیه جریان حرکت در شهر .نبودند با توجه به نقش اساسی ویژگیهای کالبدی و فضایی در ترافیک شهری می توان با اعمال سیاست های مطلوب در این زمینه ضمن شناسایی مبدا و مقصدها معابری که حجم زیادی از تردد را به خود جذب می کنند توسعه سیستم های حمل و نقلی را هدفمند نمود و برای اصلاح الگوی سفرهای شهری و یکپارچه سازی سیستم های حمل ونقل با تاکید بر حمل و نقل عمومی و پیاده روی برنامه ریزی کرد.

investigating the effect of physical-spatial structure on the distribution of travel and urban traffic a case study the rasht city

the spatial and physical structure of the city has an important role in the social functions and behaviors of citizens. land use as the starting and ending point of the trip is one of the most important factors in creatingmovement in the city. intermediate passages are those that are not necessarily the origin or the destination, but must be crossed to reach the destination. how these spaces are chosen by people to reach thedestination is explained using the space syntax method. this research is of applied type and the research method is based on examining thesignificant relationship between spatial-physical factors including land use and syntactic variables (spatial arrangement) with observational factors including the volume of trips in urban areas. in this study, basedon the theory of space syntax and its concept in the form of natural motion in urban space, after examining the spatial-physical structure of rasht city in three basic steps, using graph analysis of syntactic parameters (integration, connectivity, control, and mean depth) as well as multiple regression method in spss software, it was found that spatial syntax and land use layout has a significant direct relationship with citizens' travel behavior and up to 75% of its changes can be predicted. meanwhile, the beta coefficient of the space syntax is 0.63, which is higher than the land use with a coefficient of 0.34. considering the essential role of physical and spatial characteristics in urban traffic thedevelopment of transportation systems can be targeted by developing favorable policies in this field, while identifying the origin and destination of trips and high-traffic routes. and plan to improve the pattern of urban travel and the integration of transportation systems withan emphasis on public transportation and walking.
