تبیین فرایند شکل‌گیری و تکامل امنیت فضایی در سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی (مطالعۀ موردی: شهرهای ایرانی)

در جامعۀ ‌کنونی امنیت مهم‌ترین پیش‌شرط فضاهای شهری زیست‌پذیر و با کیفیت است. لزوم پرداختن به مقولۀ امنیت یکی از مولفه‌های مهم و تاثیرگذار در سرزندگی و ادامۀ حیات فضاهای شهری در مناطق اسکان غیررسمی است که سبب انجام این مطالعه با هدف تبیین مدل مفهومی‌ و فرایند شکل‌گیری امنیت فضایی در این مناطق شده است. فرایند شکل‌گیری و تکوین امنیت فضایی تاکنون در مطالعات صورت‌گرفته بررسی نشده و مراحل مختلف شکل‌گیری آن تبیین نگردیده است؛ از این‌رو هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر ضمن بررسی شاخص‌ها و معیارهای موثر بر امنیت فضایی، تبیین فرایند شکل‌گیری و تکوین امنیت فضایی در مناطق اسکان غیررسمی است. رویکرد روش‌شناسی پژوهش بر مبنای روش آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است. فرایند انجام پژوهش بدین‌صورت بوده است که در بخش اول، ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات نظری، منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی مانند پایگاه‌های اطلاعات علمی، مجلات ‌تخصصی مرتبط با حوزۀ امنیت و اسکان غیررسمی معیارها و شاخص‌های موثر در شکل‌گیری امنیت فضایی (امنیت مکان بنیاد) شناسایی و احصا شد. در بخش دوم، به‌منظور برقراری ارتباط و توالی میان ابعاد و شاخص‌ها، ارائۀ مدل ساختاری و تبیین مراحل شکل‌گیری از روش معادلات ساختاری تفسیری بهره‌ گرفته شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمدۀ مدل یکپارچۀ امنیت فضایی در 4 سطح اصلی تقسیم‌بندی شد که ضوابط طراحی شهری و طراحی محیطی به‌عنوان تاثیرگذارترین عوامل و بازتولید و ترمیم امنیت به‌عنوان تاثیرپذیرترین عوامل شناسایی شدند. در بخش بعدی، با توجه به نتایج مدل تفسیری و نظر خبرگان فرایند شکل‌گیری ‌و تکامل امنیت فضایی در سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی به ترتیب در چهار مرحلۀ بلوغ اولیۀ امنیت (تولید امنیت)، بلوغ ثانویۀ امنیت (نظارت و حفاظت از امنیت)، امنیت تصرف و درنهایت مرحلۀ بلوغ کامل امنیت (بازتوانی، ترمیم و بازسازی) شناسایی شد.

Explanation of Formation and Transformation Process of Space Security in informal settlements

the main question of this study is what are the indicators and criterions affecting spatial security and what and how is the process of formation and development of spatial security in informal settlements. The method of the present research is descriptiveanalytical and the methodological approach is based on a mixedmethod (quantitative and qualitative). We conducted this research in this way: In the first section of this research, by examining the theoretical literature, library and Internet resources such as scientific databases, specialized journals related to the field of security and informal housing, and research projects conducted by related organizations, we were able to identify and survey the effective criterions and indicators that are influential to the formation of spatial security (location based security). Then; in order to make a connection and sequence between dimensions and indicators, the structural model was presented and the stages of formation were explained using the interpretive structural equations approach. The results of the integrated spatial security model were classified and graded into four main levels, in which the principles of urban design and environmental design identified as the most influential factors. In the next section, according to the results of the interpretive model and the opinion of experts, the process of formation and transformation of spatial security in informal settlements was identified in four stages, respectively; The primary maturity of security (producing security), the secondary maturity of security (monitoring and protection of security), the security of occupation and finally the stage of complete maturity of security.
