عوامل موثر بر رفتار استفاده برنامه‌ریزی نشده کاربران از منابع و خدمات کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی

زمینه و هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، سنجش عوامل موثر بر رفتار استفاده برنامه‌ریزی نشده کاربران از منابع و خدمات کتابخانه‌ها و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی دانشگاهی است.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به‌لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی است که با روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانشجویان عضو کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های فردوسی مشهد، شهیدچمران اهواز، تبریز، شیراز و پردیس دانشگاه تهران بودند که پس از تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم جامعه و در داخل هر طبقه به‌صورت تصادفی، تعداد 700 پرسشنامه توزیع و 654 پرسشنامه مبنای تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مسیر و نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، عوامل محیطی و عوامل مرتبط با فناوری از طریق عامل موقعیتی زمان بر بروز رفتار برنامه‌ریزی نشده دانشجویان در استفاده از منابع و خدمات کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی تاثیرگذار هستند. همچنین منابع اطلاعاتی و خدمات اطلاعاتی به صورت مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم تاثیر معناداری بر بروز این نوع از رفتارها ندارند. نتیجه‌گیری: کتابخانه ها باید به‌منظور استفاده بهینه و موثر از منابع و خدمات خود به عوامل موثر بر رفتار برنامه‌ریزی نشده مراجعان به خصوص عواملی که تاثیر آنها اثبات شد، از جمله «عوامل محیطی »، «عوامل مرتبط با فناوری » و «زمان دردسترس» توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند. نتیجه توجه به این عوامل، استفاده بیشتر از منابع و خدمات کتابخانه‌ها، جذب مخاطب و افزایش سطح آگاهی و اطلاعات عمومی مراجعان خواهد بود.

e Factors Affecting the Unplanned Behavior of Users to Use Academic Libraries Resources and Services

Background and Aim: The present study aimed at investigating the factors affecting the unplanned behavior of users to use academic library resources and services.Methods: The present study is considered as being an applied one in terms of purpose ,and it has has been conducted using descriptivesurvey method. Research population consist of the students of central libraries at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Shahid Chamran universty of Ahwaz, universities of Tabriz and Shiraz, as well as the Tehran Univrsity. Having determined the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, 700 questionnaires were distributed among the participants and 654 questionnaires have been analyzed applying stratified random sampling method based on the population size. Path analysis and LISREL software have been used in order for data analysis to be carried out.Results: The results shows that the environmental factors and also the ones associated with technology affect the students rsquo; unplanned behavior as far as using resources and services of university libraries through the situational factor of time are concerned. In addition, the data resources and services have no direct or indirect influence on the incidence of these behaviors.Conclusion: Libraries should pay a special attention to the factors affecting the clients rsquo; unplanned behavior, especially the ones whose impact has been proven including environmental factors , factors associated with technology , and the accessible time . This way, it will be possible for the libraries to have an optimized and efficient use of their resources and services. The result of paying attention to these factors will be the greater use of library resources and services, attracted audiences, and an increased level of awareness and information of users.
