ارائه مدلی کاربردی در قالب معیارهایی جهت ارزیابی وب‌سایت‌های سینمایی ایران

زمینه و هدف: امروزه وب سایت ها با کاربری های متنوع و متعدد، همه عرصه های اجتماعی، علمی، آموزشی، هنری، تجاری، اداری و ... را به کلی دگرگون کرده اند. در این میان عالم سینما هم از این پیشرفتِ فناوری بی نصیب نمانده است و انبوهی از وب سایت های سینمایی راه اندازی شده است تا سینمادوستان را در این زمینه یاری رسانند. کاربری یک وب سایت هر چه که باشد هدف اصلی و ب سایت ها، ارائۀ خدمات سریع و آسان و جلب رضایت کاربران است و این هدف، تنها با اطمینان از کارآیی آنها به دست می آید و بررسی عملکرد و سنجش کارآیی وب سایت ها، جز با ارزیابی آنها امکان پذیر نیست و تنها از این راه می توان به نقاط قوت و ضعف وب سایت ها پی برد و در مسیر اصلاح و تکمیل یا پیشرفت و توسعه آنها گام برداشت. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی وب سایت های سینمایی ایران براساس مدل هرم سه سطحی می باشد.روش پژوهش: با استفاده از روش ارزیابانه تعداد 38 وب سایت سینمایی ایران با استفاده از دو سیاهه ارزیابی محقق ساختۀ معیارهای عمومی و تخصصی ارزیابی شده است. با استفاده از این دو سیاهه، نه معیار صفحه خانگی، ناوبری، محتوا، یافت پذیری، تعامل، خدمات اطلاع رسانی، خدمات ویژه، خدمات چندرسانه ای و خدمات مشتریان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته اند.یافته ها: نتایج ارزیابی نشان داده است وب سایت های سینمایی ایران در قاعده مدل هرم سه سطحی که معیارهای عمومی قرار دارند در سطح خوب، در میانه هرم با معیارهای تخصصی مشترک در سطح مناسب و در راس هرم که متشکل از معیارهای تخصصی ویژه است، در سطح مناسب می باشند.نتیجه گیری: وب سایتی کاملاً سینمایی تلقی می شود که حداقل از دو معیار خدمات ویژه و خدمات مشتریان واقع در راس هرم، یکی را به صورت کاملاً حرفه ای و کاربر پسند و در سطح بهترین وب سایت های مشابه خارجی در وب سایت خود داشته باشد. به نظر می رسد که وب سایت های سینمایی ایران در این مورد در ابتدای کار هستند و نیاز به فعالیت و کسب تجارب بیشتر دارند.

A functional model for assessing Iran's cinematic websites

Background and Objectives: Today, websites with diverse and varied uses have revolutionized all social, scientific, educational, artistic, commercial, and other fields of thought. In the meantime, the cinema has not gone away with this technological advancement, and a large number of cinema websites have been set up to help film makers in this field. Whatever the users of a website, the main purpose and the main goals is to provide quick and easy service and to satisfy users, and this goal is achieved only with the assurance of their efficiency and performance review and performance measurement. Web sites are not possible except by evaluating them. Only this way, one can see the strengths and weaknesses of the Web sites, and they have taken steps to refine or complete their progress and development. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the cinematic websites of Iran based on the threelevel pyramid model.Methodology: Using evaluative method, 38 Iranian cinemas were evaluated using two public and specialized criteria. Using these two logos, not screening, navigation, content, availability, interaction, informational services, special services, multimedia services, and customer service have been evaluated.Results: The evaluation results show that Iranchr('39')s cinema websites are based on the threelevel pyramid model, which are general criteria, at a good level, in the middle of the pyramid with appropriate specialized standards at the head of the pyramid consisting of Specialized criteria are at the right level.Conclusion: A fully cinematic web site is considered to include at least two criteria for special services and customer service at the head of the pyramid, one in a highly professional and userfriendly manner, and at the level of the best of the same foreign websites Have your website. It seems that Iranchr('39')s cinematic websites are beginning to work on this and need more activity and experience.
