بررسی دیدگاه‌های مطرح در بازیابی اطلاعات و تبیین دیدگاه نوین: دیدگاه نشانه‌شناسی

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی دیدگاه های غالب در حوزه بازیابی اطلاعات در علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی (دیدگاه های نظام‌مدار، کاربرمدار و حوزه مدار) و تبیین دیدگاه نوین »نشانه شناسی « در این حوزه است. پژوهش در پی پاسخگویی به این پرسش‌هاست که مولفه‌های اصلی دیدگاه‌های مطرح در علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی کدامند؟ دیدگاه نشانه‌شناسی چه ویژگی‌هایی داشته و ارزش افزوده آن نسبت به سایر دیدگاه‌های مطرح شده، چیست؟ روش پژوهش: پژوهش هایی که از مفاهیم، الگوها و نظریه های علم نشانه‌شناسی در حوزه های مختلف علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی استفاده کرده اند در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی امرالد، اسکوپوس و گوگل اسکالر جستجو گردید. مقالات بازیابی شده، بررسی و در نهایت نزدیک به 23 مقاله در این زمینه انتخاب گردید. عنوان، چکیده و نتایج مقالات همراه با متن کامل مقاله‌های کاملاٌ مرتبط با هدف پژوهش تحلیل شد.یافته ها: تحلیل محتوای مقالات نشان داد که عمده پژوهش های انجام شده در این حوزه بین سال های 2000 الی 2018 و توسط پژوهشگران کشور دانمارک منتشر شده اند. برخی از مقالات به تبیین و تعریف مفهوم اطلاعات براساس مفاهیم و نظریه های علم نشانه شناسی پرداخته و دیدگاه نوینی را در علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی براساس این تعریف، به نام دیدگاه نشانه شناسی ارائه کرده اند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که دیدگاه های نظام مدار، کاربرمدار و حوزه مدار بر مدرک تاکید داشته اند و هر یک بر جنبه ای تاکید داشته اند. دیدگاه نشانه شناسی، اطلاعات را نشانه درنظر گرفته و آن را براساس ویژگی های نشانه تعریف کرده است. این دیدگاه می‌تواند ویژگی های سه دیدگاه پیشین را با یکدیگر تلفیق نماید و اطلاعات را فارغ از رسانه ای که آن را حمل می کند تعریف و مرزهای وابسته به مدرک را از بین ببرد.

Investigating the Contemporary Views on Information Retrieval and Elucidation of the New View: Semiotics

Background and Aim: The aim of the study is to investigate the prevailing views in the field of information retrieval in information science (systemoriented, useroriented and domainoriented) and to enlighten the new view of semiotics. The research seeks to answer the following questions: What are the main components of the views in information science? What are the characteristics of the semiotic view and what is its added value compared to other perspectives?Methods: Researches that have used the concepts, models and theories of semiotics in various fields of information science were searched in the databases of Emerald, Scopus, Google Scholar. The retrieved articles were reviewed with the selection of 23 Articles. The title, abstract and results of the articles as well as the full text of 5 articles associated to the purpose of the research were analyzed via content analysis method.Results: Findings showed that most of the research in the field was published between 2000 and 2018 by mostly researchers in Denmark. Some articles have explained and defined the concept of information based on the concepts and theories of semiotics and had presented a new view on information science based on the classification, called the semiotic view.Conclusion: The results showed that systemoriented, useroriented and domainoriented views emphasized the document and each of them emphasized an aspect. The semiotic point of view, information is intended as sign and can combine the characteristics of the three views and define the information regardless of the media that carries it and remove the boundaries of the document.
