فراتحلیل پژوهش‌های مربوط به عوامل موثر بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات (it) در سازمان‌های ایران

زمینه و هدف: کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌ها، تحت تاثیر عوامل بسیاری در قالب عوامل فردی، سازمانی و محیطی قرار می‌گیرد. این عوامل تاثیرگذار می‌توانند باعث منع و شکست یا پیش روی و تسهیل کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌ها باشند. ازآنجایی‌که هدف اصلی کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در تمام سازمان‌ها افزایش بهره‌وری است، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات می‌تواند برای سازمان‌ها مهم و حیاتی باشد.روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر نتایج حاصل از پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در خصوص کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات را بررسی کرده است تا بدین‌وسیله عوامل موثر بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات را شناسایی کرده و اندازه اثر هر یک از این عوامل را ارزیابی و مقایسه نماید. روش تحقیق مورداستفاده در این پژوهش فرا تحلیل بوده و محاسبات آماری آن از طریق نرم‌افزار cma2 انجام‌شده است. برای بررسی تورش انتشار از روش های آزمون n ایمن از خطا، روش چینش و برازش دوال و توئیدی، نمودار فانل (نمودار قیفی) استفاده‌شده است.یافته ها: این پژوهش با بررسی 65 مطالعه، 27 عامل موثر بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات را شناسایی کرده است. از میان این 27 عامل موثر بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات عوامل مهارت (762/.)، ساختار (753/.)، انگیزش (720/.)، فرهنگ‌سازمانی (709/.) و همچنین محیط سازمانی (672/.) بیشترین شدت اثر و عوامل جنسیت (128/.)، تحصیلات (204/.) و سن (224/.) کمترین شدت اثر را داشتند.نتیجه گیری: سازمان های ایرانی برای موفقیت در استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان باید به ترتیب به ابعاد مهارتی کارکنان، ساختار سازمانی و انگیزش کارکنان توجه بیشتری داشته باشند.

Meta-Analysis Study of the Effective Factors in the Application of Information Technology in the Iranian Organizations

Purpose: Application of Information Technology (IT) in organizations, is influenced by a myriad of factors within the context of individuals, organizations, and the environment. These factors might facilitate or hinder the correct use of information technology in the organizations. The main reason for organizations using information technology is to increase the organizational productivity. So, recognizing factors contributing to the application of IT can be vital for any organizations. Methodology: Method applied was Metaanalysis which was computed by Comprehensive Meta Analysis (CMA2) software. Findings of the previous research conducted in the IT application in Iran were scrutinized with the aim of evaluating comparing the magnitude of each factor. Findings: Findings recognized 27 factors from 65 studies. Among the 27 effective factors in the IT application: IT skills, organizational structure, organizational culture, motivation and organizational environment had the highest effect. Gender, education, and age had the lowest effects. In order to simplify the findings, factors were classified in three groups: individual factors, organizational factors and environmental factors of which organizational factors had the highest effect size with a score of 0.617 and individual factors had the lowest effect size with a score of 0.493. Conclusion: Iranian organizations incorporating information technology must pay added attention to the dimensions of staff skills, organizational structure and employee motivation.
