مشارکت محققان وابسته به دانشگاه‌های برتر تایمز در شبکه ریسرچ‌گیت : مطالعه تطبیقی پژوهشگران ایرانی و بین المللی

هدف: امروزه فعالیت محققان، در شبکه‌های اجتماعی علمی برخط، افزایش یافته است. پژوهش کاربردی حاضر، با هدف مطالعه تطبیقی حضور و مشارکت محققان ایرانی و بین المللی وابسته به مراکز علمی برتر تایمز 2020، در شبکه تحقیقاتی ریسرچ‌گیت، با عنایت به شاخص‌های آلتمتریکس موجود در آن، همچون، »امتیاز آرجی «، »میزان خوانش «، »تعداد ثبت نام « و »تعداد نسخ تحقیقاتی « بوده است. روش‌شناسی: مطالعه، با رویکرد آلتمتریکس و به دو روش پیمایشی توصیفی و پیمایشی تحلیلی، انجام شده است. نمونه پژوهش، 10 دانشگاه برتر، در سطح ایران و 10 مرکز علمی برتر در سطح جهان ، طبق نظام رتبه بندی تایمز 2020 در شاخص عملکرد (آموزش، تحقیق ، انتقال دانش و چشم انداز بین المللی)، بودند. ابتدا مطالعه تطبیقی فعالیت پژوهشگران وابسته به10 دانشگاه برتر ایران با یکدیگر و سپس تحلیل مقایسه ای محققان وابسته به 10 موسسه علمی برتر، در سطح بین المللی با یکدیگر، به طورجداگانه انجام شد. در انتها نیز، تحلیلی بر تفاوت عملکردها در دو گروه مذکور(ملی و بین المللی)، صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار »لایبر آفیس کلک « انجام شد. یافته‌ها: در میان10 موسسه علمی برتر تایمز، در سطح بین المللی، شاخص‌های »تعداد ثبت‌نام « ، »امتیاز آرجی به ازای هر فرد عضو «، »تعداد نسخ تحقیقاتی به ازای هر فرد عضو « و »میزان خوانش نسخ تحقیقاتی «، به ترتیب، درپژوهشگران وابسته به دانشگاه‌های کمبریج لندن، مرکز تحقیقاتی کالیفرنیا، مرکز تحقیقاتی کالیفرنیا، دانشگاه آکسفورد، بیشترین مقدار، مشاهده شد.کمترین، میزان خوانش نسخ تحقیقانی در محققان وابسته به دانشگاه پرینستون(رتبه ششم تایمز)، مشاهده شد. در میان 10 دانشگاه برتر تایمز، درسطح کشور ایران نیز، شاخص‌های »تعداد ثبت نام «، »امتیاز آرجی به ازای هر فرد عضو «، »تعداد نسخ تحقیقاتی به ازای هر فرد عضو « و »میزان خوانش نسخ تحقیقاتی «، به ترتیب، درمیان مححقان دارای وابستگی سازمانی به دانشگاه های صنعتی امیرکبیر، علوم پزشکی تهران، علوم پزشکی ایران، علوم پزشکی تهران،بیشترین مقدار، مشاهده شد. مجموع »میانگین امتیازآرجی به ازای هر فرد عضو « در سطح بین المللی، 8.4 و در سطح ایران، 5.1 به دست آمد.شاخص »میانگین میزان خوانش «، برای 10دانشگاه یا موسسه تحقیقاتی برتر در سطح بین المللی، 154990.2، به دست آمد، رقم مذکور برای 10دانشگاه برتر ایران، 22736.1، حاصل شد.نتیجه‌گیری: محققان وابسته به دانشگاه های برتر تایمز، درکشور ایران، نسبت به همتایان خود در سطح بین المللی، دارای تعامل اجتماعی قوی تری در فعالیت‌هایی همچون، »پرسش کردن «، »پاسخ به سوالات « و »پیشنهاد‌دهی «، مشاهده شدند. گرچه اختلاف میان تعداد نسخ تحقیقاتی به اشتراک نهاده شده در سطح بین المللی بیش از 3 برابر سطح ایران، مشاهده شد، اما میانگین امتیاز آرجی، در سطح جهانی، 3 برابر ایران، رویت نشد. لذا امتیاز آرجی بالا، ارتباطی با اشتراک گذاری نسخ تحقیقاتی بیشتر، در شبکه ریسرچ‌گیت، ندارد. همچنین، مطالعه تطبیقی میزان حضور و فعالیت افراد وابسته به دانشگاه‌های برتر تایمز ، از منظر شاخص های آلتمتریکس شبکه مذکور، که به صورت مجزا در سطح کشور ایران (10 دانشگاه برتر) و در سطح بین المللی (10 مرکز تحقیقاتی برتر)، و نیز در مقایسه با یکدیگر، ارائه شد، می تواند چشم اندازی برای آینده باشد.

Participation of researchers affiliated with top Times universities in the ResearchGate network: A comparative study of Iranian and international researchers

Purpose: This is an applied research, with the aim of a comparative study of the presence and participation of Iranian and international researchers affiliated with the top scientific centers (Times Ranking 2020), in the Research Gate research network. Altimetric indicators, such as RG score , Reads , number of registrations and number of research items were considered. Methodology: Survey performed with altimetric approach and analytical method. Sample of top 10 universities in Iran and 10 scientific centers around the world by Times Ranking performance index of education, research, knowledge transfer, and international perspective done. First, a comparative study of the activities of Iranian researchers with one another, then of international researchers completed separately. Lastly, an analysis of the differences in performance amongst these two groups was performed by Libre Office Calc software.Findings: Among Times top 10 international scientific institutes, the indicators of number of registrations, RGscore per member, number of publications per member and reads the highest rates were observed in researchers at Cambridge University in London, the California research center, and the California research center at Oxford university, respectively. Among the top 10 Universities in Iran, the indicators of number of registrations, RPG score per media member, number of research copies per member and reading rate of research copies, among the researchers with organizational affiliation to the Amir Kabir University of technology, Tehran University of medical sciences, Iran university of medical sciences, Tehran university of medical sciences, the highest amount was observed. The total average score per member at the international level was 8.4 and at the Iranian level was 5.1. The average reads index for the top 10 universities or research institutes at the international level was 154990.2. The figure was obtained for the top 10 universities in Iran, 22736.1.Conclusion: Researchers affiliated with top universities in Iran, compared to their international counterparts, have a stronger social interaction in terms of indicators of ResearchGate in activities such as enquiring, answering questions and suggestion. Although the difference between the number of research items shared internationally is more than 3 times that of Iran, but the average RG score is not seen 3 times that of Iran globally. So, the high RG score is not related to the number of research items on the ResearchGate. Also, comparative study on the presence and activities of researchers affiliated with Times top Universities in Iran and internationally could lead to better future.
