تحلیل ساختاری مقالات مجلات منتشر شده در حوزه مدیریت دانش نمایه شده در پایگاه استنادی جهان اسلام(Isc)

هدف: هدف پژوهش، تحلیل محتوایی و ساختاری مقالات منتشر شده حوزه مدیریت دانش نمایه شده در پایگاه استنادی جهان اسلام بود. روش ‌شناسی: روش پژوهش، پیمایشی تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه مقالات حوزه مدیریت دانش نمایه شده در پایگاه استنادی جهان اسلام بود. ابزار اندازه ‌گیری، چک لیست است که بر اساس اهداف پژوهش تنظیم گردید. یافته ‌ها: بر اساس نتایج بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به روش تحقیق همبستگی و کمترین آن مربوط به روش تحقیق تجربی و ترکیبی بود، همچنین بیشترین فراوانی روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ‌ها مربوط به روش توصیفی استنباطی است. بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به مقالات پژوهشی و نوع مجلات مربوط به مجلات علمی پژوهشی بودند. بیشترین ابزار پژوهشی مورد استفاده نیز پرسشنامه بود. همکاری نویسندگان در داخل کشور بالاست و برعکس همکاری نویسندگان در سطح بین‌ المللی بسیار ناچیز است. بین تعداد، رشته و نوع همکاری نویسندگان و روش ‌های تحقیق بکار رفته رابطه معناداری وجود داشت. نتیجه ‌گیری: ایجاد زمینه ‌های همکاری‌ های بین نویسندگان مخصوصا همکاری ‌های بین‌ المللی از ضروریات فرآیندهای تولیدات علمی است. بازنگری در پژوهش‌ های حوزه مدیریت دانش با توجه به تکراری بودن روش ‌های تحقیق و روش‌ های تجزیه و تحلیل داده ‌ها را نیز باعث می ‌شود، در اغلب مقالات پژوهشی لازم و ضروری است.

Content and Structural Analysis of Articles Published in Knowledge Management Indexed in I.S.C. Database

Aim: The aim of this study is content and structural analysis of published articles in knowledge Management. Methodology: The research method is analytical. The population encompassed all articles in the field of knowledge management indexed in the citation database of the Islamic world. Measurement tool is a checklist constructed based on research objectives.Finding: Finding indicate that the utmost frequency is related to correlation research and the minimum is experimental and combined research method. Also the maximum data analysis methods is descriptivedeductive and the least of that is another methods. Most related to type of articles associated to research articles and journals. The most used research tool is the questionnaire. Coauthorship within the country is high. In contrast, it is insignificant at the international level. There is a meaningful relationship between the number, field and type of collaborations of authors and research methods used. Conclusion: Instigating collaboration between authors, especially international teamwork is the requirements of scientific production processes. Revising knowledge management researches is necessary due to the recurrence of research methods that similarly cause data analysis methods repetition in most research articles.
