پیش‌بینی آمادگی شناختی عاطفی خلاقیت پژوهشی دانشجویان با توجه به خودکارآمدی پژوهشی

هدف: از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه خودکارآمدی پژوهشی با آمادگی شناختی عاطفی خلاقیت پژوهشی دانشجویان دانشگاه رازی است. 288 دانشجو (103 پسر و 185 دختر) از طریق نمونه‌گیری سهمیه ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. یافته ها از طریق پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی پژوهشی صالحی (1391) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آمادگی شناختی عاطفی خلاقیت پژوهشی جمع آوری گردیدروش: از طریق روش آماری t مستقل، تحلیل رگرسیون، مانوا مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون ساده و چندگانه نشان داد که مقیاس خودکارآمدی پژوهشی و خرده مقیاس های آن می تواند آمادگی شناختی عاطفی خلاقیت پژوهشی را پیش بینی نماید. همچنین از بین خرده‌مقیاس های خودکارآمدی پژوهشی، متغیر مفهوم‌پردازی پیش­بینی‌کننده خوبی برای آمادگی شناختی عاطفی خلاقیت پژوهشی دانشجویان است. نتایج آزمونt  مستقل نشان داد که بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر در کل مقیاس آمادگی شناختی عاطفی خلاقیت پژوهشی تفاوت معنی­داری وجود ندارد، اما در مقیاس ریسک پذیری تفاوت معناداری بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق چنین استنباط می شود متغیر خودکارآمدی پژوهشی از قدرت پیش بینی کنندگی قابل قبولی برای خلاقیت پژوهشی برخورداراست، لذا افرادی که خودکارآمدی پژوهشی بالاتری را تجربه کنند در بعد خلاقیت پژوهشی هم بهره وری بیشتری خواهند داشت.

Predicting cognitive- emotional readiness of reaserch ceativity with r research self-efficacy

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between selfmanagement cognitive readiness emotional creativity Razi University students. 288 students (103 boys and 185 girls) were selected through the sling S·hmyh Ay exle. Results from the questionnaire of selfrighteous (1391) and cognitiveemotional readiness questionnaire study were collected creativityMethods: By using independent ttest, regression analysis, Manoa were analyzed.Results: The results of simple and multiple regression showed that selfefficacy scale research and its subscales can be emotional, cognitive readiness of creativity to predict. The efficacy of the subscales of research, conceptualization variable predictors for cognitive and emotional readiness of students' creativity. Independent ttest results showed that male and female students in the total scale of cognitive and emotional readiness of creativity there is no significant difference, but on a scale of risk was significant difference between male and female students.Conclusion: The findings suggest the efficacy variable of the power of predictive acceptable for research enjoys the creativity, the people who experience a higher selfmanagement in terms of both creativity will be more productive.
