طواف نساء امامیان و طواف وداع سنیان؛ گسستها و پیوستها

از جمله مهم‌ترین اعمال موجود در پایان مناسک حج امامیه، طواف نساء است. این در حالی است که فقیهان مذاهب مهم اهل‌سنّت، طواف دیگری به نام طواف وداع را واجب می‌انگارند. نسبت‌سنجی و موازنه میان این دو طواف و بازنگری ویژگیهای آن دو از دریچه‌های مختلف، مسئله‌ای است نیازمند پژوهش که به‌رغم کارکردهای فراوان در شکل‌گیری تصویری هر چه بهتر از باورهای فقهی هر یک از مذاهب اسلامی و پاسخگویی به پرسشهای پیرامون یگانه یا دوانگاری این طوافها، از دایره قلم‌زنی دانشیان و فقه‌پژوهان مسلمان به دور مانده است. نوشتار پیش رو، با مطالعه‌ای تطبیقی سعی در برجسته نمودن تقابلات و تعاملات این دو طواف داشته است. روشن شدن تفاوتهایی همچون عنوان، زمان شروع عمل، مکلفان دو طواف، وجوب در عمره‌ مفرده و آثار این دو که مانع از یگانه انگاشتن این دو طواف می‌گردد، علی‌رغم وجود شباهتهایی در نحوه‌ اجرا، شرایط و واجبات، عمومیت و نوع وجوب، از جمله نتایج این بحث است.

Tawaf alNisa in the Imamiyya School and Tawaf alWida in the Sunni School: Divergences and Convergences

Among the most important actions at the end of the Imamiyya Hadjdj pilgrimage rites is TawafalNisa. However, jurists of important Sunni schools believe that another Tawaf called TawafalWida is obligatory. Defining the relation and balance between these two types of Tawaf and reviewing their properties from various perspectives are an issue deserving study. Despite its significant functions in forming a better image of the religious beliefs of each Islamic sect and responding to questions regarding the duality or oneness of these types of Tawaf, this issue has been mostly neglected by Muslim scholars and researchers in the field of jurisprudence. The current study aims to highlight the points of divergence and convergence between these two types of Tawaf. Clarifying the differences such as the appellation, the onset of action, those under obligation of these two types of Tawaf, obligation in alUmrah al Mufradah and the effects of these two types of Tawaf, which remove the assumption that they are one and the same despite apparent similarities in the way of performance, conditions, obligations, universality and type of necessity, is the result of the present study.
