استراتژی واسازی و امکان تحقق عدالت

با وجود این‌که واسازی غالباً به خنثی‌بودن و بی‌تفاوتی نسبت به ارزش‌های اخلاقی متهم شده است، در این نوشتار که مطالعه‌ای موردی درباره دیدگاه دریداست، شاهد خواهیم بود که چگونه دریدا واسازی را به‌عنوان یک استراتژی ایجابی و هنجاری در تحقق عدالت تفسیر می‌کند. او اقتدار حکومتی را به دلیل خصوصیت دوگانه و متضادی که دارد، قابل واسازی می‌داند ولی از سوی دیگر، عدالت و ارزش‌های اخلاقی عام و جهان‌شمول واسازی‌پذیر نیستند. همین واقعیت می‌تواند امکان بازطراحی و اصلاح قوانین موجود را در جهت تحقق عدالت به همراه داشته باشد. دریدا، از بازبینی جدّی سیستم قضایی بر مبنای تمایل برای یک «عدالت غیرممکن» سخن می‌گوید؛ عدالتی که فراسوی منطق حساب‌گرانه قانون باشد. بدین‌ترتیب، واسازی صرفاً نظریه‌ای راجع به متون فلسفی یا ادبی نیست که هیچ ارتباطی با واقعیت‌های بیرونی نداشته باشد، بلکه رویکردی اخلاقی نسبت به جهان است که می‌تواند روش تفکر و زندگی اجتماعی ما را در قبال «دیگری» تغییر دهد.

Deconstruction Strategy and the Possibility of Justice Realization

Although deconstruction has often been accused of neutrality and indifferent to moral values, in this paper, which is a case study of the Derrida’s viewpoint, we will see how he interprets deconstruction as a positive and normative strategy for the realization of justice. He considers government authority to be deconstructable by virtue of its dual and contradictory character, but, on the other hand, he believes that justice and universal moral values are not deconstructable. This same reality can lead to the remaking and amending of existing laws in order to achieve justice. Derrida speaks of a serious review of the judicial system based on the desire for an "impossible justice"; a justice that goes beyond the rational logic of law. Thus, deconstruction is not merely a theory of philosophical or literary texts that have nothing to do with external reality, but an ethical approach to the world that can change our way of thinking and social life toward “the other."
