بازخوانی عدالت اجتماعی در ارتباطات میان‌فردی از منظر نهج البلاغه

عدالت اجتماعی از محورهای اساسی گفتمان اسلامی است که عمدتا ناظر به رابطه حکومت و مردم از سوی متفکران اجتماعی مورد مباحثه و مداقه قرار می‌گیرد. بُعد دیگر و مهم عدالت اجتماعی، ناظر به روابط میان افراد جامعه؛ یعنی ارتباطات اجتماعی در سطح افقی جامعه است که کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. نوشتار حاضر درصدد بازخوانی این سطح از عدالت اجتماعی در گفتمان اسلام با تکیه بر فرمایشات امیرمومنان(ع) در نهج‌البلاغه به شیوه‌ای اسنادی و تحلیلی است. این‌که خود مردم چگونه و در چه قالب‌هایی از تعاملات اجتماعی میان‌فردی یا گروهی، می‌توانند زمینه‌های تحقق عدالت اجتماعی و یا مجریان آن در این سطح باشند. توجه به مبانی عدالت اجتماعی و کاربست ظرفیت‌ها و راهکارهای تحقق آن از منظر امام علی(ع) همچون؛ مسئولیت اجتماعی، توجه به حقوق افراد، عدم ثروت‌اندوزی ظالمانه، حریت انسانی، توجه به منافع عامه مردم، مواجهه مناسب با اقلیت‌های غیرمسلمان، زدودن شکاف طبقاتی بین مردم، مبارزه با تبعیض نژادی، توجه به نعمات الهی، انتفاع متقابل فرد و جامعه، تعاملات خویشاوندی مطلوب و التزام به عدالت فردی می‌تواند جامعه اسلامی را در راه رسیدن به سطح مطلوب عدالت اجتماعی در سطح میان فردی جامعه مدد نماید.

Reviewing Social Justice in Interpersonal Communication in Nahj alBalaghah

Social justice is one of the main axes of Islamic discourse, which is largely debated and deliberated by the social thinkers, mainly concerning the relationship between state and people. Another important aspect of social justice, which has been neglected, is the relationship between the people of the community, that is, social communication at the horizontal level of society. Using a documentary and analytical method, the present article seeks to review this level of social justice in the Islamic discourse based on the quotations of the Amir almu'minin (Emir of the Faithful) Ali peace be upon him in Nahj alBalaghah. That is how people themselves, and in what form of interpersonal or group social interactions, can be the grounds for the realization of social justice or its implementers at this level. In Imam Ali’s view, the foundations of social justice and its capacities and solutions include the social responsibility, the attention to the rights of individuals, the lack of cruelly seeking to accumulate wealth, human freedom, attention to the public interest, the proper encounter with nonMuslim minorities, basing on real knowledge, the elimination of the class gap between people, the fight against racial discrimination, the attention to divine bounties, the mutual benefit of the individual and the society, the desirable kinship interactions and the commitment to individual justice. Paying attention to these points can help the Islamic community to achieve the desired level of social justice at the interpersonal level of society.
