بررسی رابطۀ تکمیلی میان آزادی و عدالت اجتماعی با تاکید بر قرآن‌کریم

عدالت و آزادی از دغدغه‌های همیشگی بشری در حیات سیاسی اجتماعی بوده است. با توجه به آن‌که گاه پنداشته می‌شود که میان آن‌دو، تقابل یا چالش است، فهم و بررسی رابطۀ آنها اهمیت بسیار دارد. هدف مقاله، پاسخ به این پرسش است که با توجه به آیات و منطق قرآن‌کریم، چه رابطه‌ای میان عدالت اجتماعی و آزادی وجود دارد. برای پاسخ، بر این امر تاکید شده است که با در نظرگرفتن مفهوم محوری احقاق حق در عدالت اجتماعی و با فراگیر‌شدن آن در جامعه، افراد به حقوق شایسته و بایسته خویش، دست می‌یابند و یکی از بزرگ‌ترین آن حقوق، آزادی است که با حضور عدالت، استیفا می‌شود. این نسبت را می‌توان با توجه به سخن الهی، در مصادیقی مانند رهایی از حاکمیت طاغوت و استثمار، اجرای احکام و دستورات الهی، محوریت قانون الهی، شورا، امر به‌معروف و نهی از منکر، رصد و پی‌جویی کرد. بی‌اعتنایی به عدالت، بی‌اعتنایی به آزادی است و بدون آزادی، همۀ حصه‌های عدالت در جامعه تامین نمی‌شود. این بررسی با توجه به روش تحلیلی انجام شده است.

The Study of the Complementary Relationship between Freedom and Social Justice with an Emphasis on the Qur’an

Justice and freedom have been a lasting concern for humanity in its politicalsocial life. Considering that it is sometimes thought to be a conflict or challenge between them, their understanding is very important. The purpose of this article is to answer the question, what is the relationship between social justice and freedom, according to Qur'anic verses and its logic? To answer, it has been emphasized that taking into account the central notion of administration of rights in social justice and its expansion in society, individuals achieve their proper and desirable rights, and one of the greatest of those rights is the freedom realized in full, by presence of justice. This relationship can be observed with regard to divine words, in cases such as emancipation from the rule of evil and exploitation, the implementation of divine verdicts and orders, the centrality of the divine law, consultation, enjoining what is right and forbidding evil. Disregard for justice is disregard for freedom, and without freedom, all parts of justice in the community are not obtained. This study was done according to the analytical method.
