شکل‌گیری جوامع بشری براساس اصل استخدام و حل تعارضات آن از دیدگاه علامه طباطبائی ره

کیفیت تشکیل جوامع مدنی و برقراری نظم و عدالت، موضوعی است که از دیرباز مورد توجه فلاسفه قرار گرفته است. در این راستا حل تعارضات و تزاحمات برخاسته از خصلت استخدام‌گری بشر و طبع منفعت‌جوی وی امری بسیار مهم می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیلی-توصیفی و از طریق رجوع به آثار علامه و شارحان ایشان با هدف بررسی اصل فلسفی استخدام و تاثیر آن در کیفیت پیدایش جوامع و حل تعارضات حاصل از آن انجام شده است. طبق یافته‌های پژوهش، علامه، انسان را طبیعتاً استخدام‌گر و فطرتاً مدنی می‌داند. بدین‌معنا، که انسان با توجه به بعد طبیعی و جسمانی خویش درپی منفعت‌طلبی از همه موجودات، حتی همنوعان خویش می‌باشد؛ گرچه با نظر به ساحت فطری، انسان موجودی عدالت‌پذیر و ظلم ستیز است، ولی تا زمانی که تنها به جنبه مادی و طبیعی خویش نظر داشته باشد، موجبات اختلاف و دشمنی را برای خود و دیگران فراهم می‌کند. از دیدگاه علامه، خداوند با ارسال پیامبران فطرت خفته انسان‌ها را بیدار ساخته و طبع استخدام‌گر آنها را به تعادل می‌رساند؛ بنابراین آنچه به‌عنوان دین در اختیار بشر قرار می‌گیرد، قابلیت برطرف‌کردن اختلافات بشری را داشته و زمینه سعادت دنیوی و اخروی انسان را فراهم می‌کند.

the quality of forming civil societies and establishing order and justice is a subject that has been the focus of philosophers for a long time. in this regard, it is very important to solve conflicts and disagreements arising from the character of human employment and his profit-seeking nature. the current research has been done with an analytical-descriptive method and by referring to the works of allameh and his commentators with the aim of examining the philosophical principle of employment and its effect on the quality of the emergence of societies and solving conflicts resulting from it. the findings of the research suggest that, allameh considers humans to be employers by nature and civilized by nature. in this sense, according to his natural and physical aspect, human is seeking benefit from all beings, even his own kind; although by nature, human is a being who accepts justice and fights against oppression, but as long as he only considers his material and natural aspect, he creates causes of conflict and enmity for himself and others. from allameh’s perspective, allah awakens the sleeping nature of humans by sending prophets and balances their employment nature. therefore, what is provided to human as religion has the ability to resolve human differences and provides the context for human happiness in this world and the hereafter.
