بررسی اقتدار در آموزش‌‌های اخلاقی نهج‌البلاغه

اتوریته به‌معنای اقتدار مشروع، مسئله‌ای است که از جنبه‌های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و دارای انواع گوناگونی است. یکی از این انواع، اتوریته‌‌ آموزشی است. این مسئله توسط اندیشمندان و مکاتب فکری مورد بحث قرار گرفته است و از اشکالات واردشده به آن، این است که اتوریتهٔ معلمْ ممکن است سبب حذف استقلال یادگیرنده شود. پژوهش حاضر سعی نموده با هدف بررسی مفهوم و ماهیت اتوریته در آموزش‌‌های اخلاقی نهج‌البلاغه به بررسی اهداف و انواع آموزش در نهج‌البلاغه، همچنین اصول و شیوه‌‌های آموزش اخلاقی و اتوریته معلم و استقلال یادگیرنده در نهج‌البلاغه بپردازد. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی مایرینگ (2000)، بر روی نهج‌البلاغه انجام شده است. شیوه نمونه‌گیری از نوع غیراحتمالی و از نوع هدف‌مند یا معیار بوده است که به‌روش متن‌پژوهی انجام شده و از اعتبار بازاندیشانه و راهبرد ارتقای کیفیت سیلورمن بهره گرفته شده است. آنچه از این پژوهش به دست آمده، بیانگر این است که اصول و شیوه‌‌های آموزش اخلاقی در نهج‌البلاغه گویای رابطه سلطه در آموزش نیست و با هدف آزادی و استقلال‌بخشی به یادگیرنده برنامه‌ریزی شده و جهت آزادی و تعقل او، و به‌دست‌آوردن کمال اختیاری است.

An Examination of Authority in the Moral Teachings of Nahj alBalaghah

Authority, in the sense of legitimate authority, is an issue that has been examined from different aspects and has many types. One of these types is educational authority. Thinkers and schools of thought have discussed this issue, and one of the drawbacks is that the authority of the teacher may eliminate the learner’s independence. The present study has tried to investigate the concept and nature of authority in Nahj alBalaghah moral education to examine the goals and types of education in Nahj alBalaghah, as well as the principles and methods of moral education, teacher authority, and learner independence in Nahj alBalaghah. This research has been carried out on Nahj alBalaghah through using qualitative content analysis method with Mayring (2000) inductive approach. The sampling method was nonprobabilistic and purposeful or standard, which was done by textstudies method and Silverman’s rethinking credibility and, quality improvement strategy was used. The findings of the study suggest that the principles and methods of moral education in Nahj alBalaghah do not indicate the relationship of dominance in education and are planned with the aim of giving freedom and independence to the learner, and the goal of its freedom and reason is to achieve voluntary perfection.
