تبیین چارچوب سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی در اندیشه مهدویت

سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی مجموعه اقداماتی نظام‌‌مند برای پیشرفت و توسعۀ فعالیت‌‌های فرهنگی است. اهمیت این موضوع باعث شده تا جوامع مختلف مبتنی بر اندیشه‌‌ها و مبانی فکری خود چارچوبی برای سیاست‌گذاری به‌ویژه سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی ارائه کنند. در واقع اندیشه‌‌ها تاثیر بسزایی بر سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی دارند. در اندیشه مهدویت سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی دارای چارچوب خاص خود است که برای تبیین و تحلیل آن می‌توان از آموزه‌‌های مرتبط با اندیشه مهدویت بهره جست. مسئله‌‌ای که در این پژوهش به آن پرداخته می‌‌شود کشف و تبیین چارچوب سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی مبتنی بر اندیشه مهدویت و هدف این پژوهش ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی برای سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی در جوامع مسلمان مبتنی بر اندیشه‌‌های مهدویت است. در همین راستا آموزه‌‌های مهدویت با روش تحلیل مضامین تحلیل شده‌اند. پس از تحلیل مضامین آموزه‌‌های مهدویت، مضامین «گسترش و شیوع عدالت»، «گسترش امنیت جهانی»، «تکامل عقل و اندیشه» و «جهانی‌شدن فرهنگ اسلامی» به‌عنوان «اهداف فرهنگی در اندیشه مهدویت» و مضامین «شبکه‌‌سازی»، «اجرا»، «نهادینه‌سازی ارزش‌ها»، «مشارکت در امور» و «عزت‌مدارانه» به‌عنوان مولفه‌‌های سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی در اندیشه مهدویت شناسایی و تبیین شدند.

An Explanation of the Framework of Cultural Policymaking in the Thought of Mahdism

Cultural policymaking is a set of systematic actions to advance and develop the cultural activities. The societies, which are based on their own intellectual thoughts and principles, have a framework for their policymaking especially cultural policymaking. In fact, thoughts have a great impact on cultural policymaking. The issue dealt with in this study is the discovery and explanation of the cultural policymaking framework based on the thought of Mahdism. In Mahdism’s thought, cultural policymaking has its own cultural goals and components of policymaking. Therefore, in order to explain it two questions can be raised, which are: What are the cultural goals in the thought of Mahdism? In addition, what are the components of the cultural policy framework in Mahdism? This study aims to provide a framework for cultural policymaking in Muslim societies based on the thoughts of Mahdism. In this regard, the teachings of Mahdism were examined by the method of analyzing the themes. In addition to analysis of the themes of Mahdism teachings, the themes of expansion and spread of justice, development of global security, evolution of intellect and thought and globalization of Islamic culture as cultural goals in Mahdism thought and networking, implementation and enforcement, internalization of values, participation in affairs and dignity were identified and explained as the components of cultural policymaking in the thought of Mahdism.
