بررسی نظریه هیرشی در کنترل اجتماعی، از دیدگاه احادیث

اسلام دینی همه‌جانبه‌نگر است که تمام جنبه‌‌های فردی و اجتماعی زندگی انسان‌ها را در نظر دارد. قلمرو قواعد و آموزه‌‌های اسلامی ‌متوقف بر امور فردی نیست. توجه به شئون اجتماعی از مهم‌ترین مسائل مورد توجه آیین اسلام است و از طرفی تئوری‌های کنترل اجتماعی معتقدند همه مردم پتانسیل گریز از قانون را دارند و جامعه مدرن فرصت‌های بسیاری برای فعالیت غیرقانونی فراهم آورده است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی و با رویکرد تحلیلی انتقادی، درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که چه انتقادهایی از دیدگاه احادیث بر نظریه اجتماعی هیرشی وجود دارد. ﻧﺘﺎیج ﻧﺸﺎن می‌دهد دین مبین اسلام، دربردارنده آموزه‌‌هایی است که عمل بر اساس آنها، کمال انسان و تحکیم جامعه انسانی را به دنبال خواهد داشت و در پرتو قوانین الهی می‌‌توان رشد و استحکام جامعه را به ارمغان آورد؛ ولی نظریه هیرشی یک تفکر غالب امریکایی است و با انتقادهایی همراه است. پژوهش‌هایی که تاکنون درباره کنترل اجتماعی انجام شده با نظریه هیرشی مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است و توجه به آموزه‌‌های دینی و استخراج راهکارهای مناسب در خصوص کنترل اجتماعی از یافته‌‌های جدید این پژوهش به شمار می‌رود

An Examination of Hirsch’s Theory in Social Control from the Perspective of Hadiths

Islam is a comprehensive religion that considers all the individual and social aspects of human life. The realm of Islamic rules and teachings is not just related to individual affairs. Paying attention to social dignity is one of the most important issues of concern for Islam, and in addition, social control theories hold that all people have the potential to evade the law, and modern society has provided many opportunities for illegal activities. This study with a descriptive method and an analyticalcritical approach seeks to answer the question “what are critiques on Hirsch’s social theory from the viewpoint of hadiths?” The results show that Islam has teachings that will lead to human perfection and the consolidation of human society and in the light of divine laws, the growth, and solidity of society can be brought about. However, Hirsch’s theory is a complete American thought along with criticism. The studies that have been conducted on social control have not been examined based on Hirsch’s theory and considering the religious teachings and extracting appropriate solutions for social control are some of the new findings of the current study
