تاثیر راهبردهای انتظامی پادشاهان ساسانی بر ارتقای نظم و امنیت در جامعه

ایجاد نظم و برقراری امنیت از مهم ترین کارکردهای هر حکومت در جهت ارتقای جامعه است و مردم در جوامعی که از انتظام برخوردار است؛ با انگیزه و آرامش بیشتری فعالیت می کنند. حاکمان نیز با باور به این مهم و رابطه مستقیم این دو اصل با یکدیگر می کوشند تا راهکارهایی در راستای ارتقای سطح امنیت جامعه ارائه نمایند. به بیان دیگر می توان گفت وجود نظم و امنیت در جامعه، با نحوه و کیفیت حکومت حاکمان ارتباط مستقیم دارد. بر همین اساس در فرهنگ ایران باستان، بهبود کیفیت فرمانروایی شاهنشاهان و یا عمل به خویشکاری بر اساس فره ایزدی، بخشی از خلا‌های امنیتی و انتظامی جامعه را که منجر به زوال حکومت و سقوط پادشاهی می‌شده از میان برمی‌داشته است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه ای، با هدف بررسی و تحلیل راهکارهای برقراری نظم و ایجاد امنیت در جامعه ساسانی و تاثیر آن بر سطح رضایتمندی افراد جامعه انجام شده است و در پایان به این نتیجه می رسد که برنامه های راهبردی پادشاهان ساسانی در حوزه‌های امنیتی و انتظامی، تاثیر مستقیم در برقراری نظم و امنیت و افزایش سطح رضایتمندی در جامعه داشته است؛ اما به مرور و با قدرت گرفتن بیش از حد دین مردان و بیدادگری برخی از پادشاهان و تزلزل قدرت مرکزی، سطح رضایتمندی جامعه کاهش یافت و انتظام جامعه نیز تضعیف گردید.

the impact of the sasanian kings’ disciplinary strategies on promoting order and security in society

creating order and establishing security are among the most important functions of any government in order to promote society, and people in societies that enjoy order; work with greater motivation and peace. rulers also believe in this importance and the direct relationship between these two principles and try to provide solutions to promote the level of security in society. in other words, it can be said that the existence of order and security in society is directly related to the manner and quality of the rulers’ government. accordingly, in ancient iranian culture, improving the quality of the rule of the kings or practicing self-government based on the divine order eliminated some of the security and discipline gaps in society that led to the decline of the government and the fall of the monarchy. the present study, using a descriptive-analytical method and based on library studies, aims to examine and analyze the strategies for establishing order and creating security in sasanian society and its impact on the level of satisfaction of the people in the society. in the end, it comes to the conclusion that the strategic plans of the sasanian kings in the areas of security and discipline had a direct impact on establishing order and security and increasing the level of satisfaction in society; however, over time, with the excessive power of the religious men and the injustice of some kings and the instability of the central power, the level of satisfaction of the society decreased and the discipline of the society was also weakened.
