بررسی اهمیت و کارکرد خبررسانی در حکومت صفویه: از آغاز تا پایان دوره شاه‌عباس اول (907- 1038 ق)

خبررسانی در همه ادوار تاریخی از اهمیت و جایگاه کلیدی برخوردار بوده است و بیشتر حکام و پادشاهان همواره با شدت و ضعف و متناسب با ساختار حکومت خود از آن بهره برده‌اند. از جمله کارکردهای مهم خبررسانی آنکه حکمران را از اوضاع داخلی و خارجی آگاه می‌کرد و موجب می‌شد حکومت واکنشی به‌موقع نسبت به خطرات داخلی و خارجی داشته باشد. این پژوهش با اتکا به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با گردآوری اطلاعات به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای می‌کوشد به پرسش‌های اساسی تحقیق پیرامون اهمیت و کارکرد خبررسانی پاسخ دهد. انتقال سریع خبر در مواردی به امور انتظامی کمک می‌کرد، چراکه برای تامین نظم به اطلاعات به‌موقع از آشوب‌ها و بی‌نظمی‌ها نیاز بود. البته صحت‌وسقم خبر نیز مهم به‌شمار می‌آمد و معمولاً افرادی برای گردآوری خبر انتخاب می‌شدند که امین و مورد اعتماد بودند. طبق یافته‌های این پژوهش خبررسانی به دو بخش خبررسانی داخلی و خبررسانی خارجی تقسیم می‌شد. در بخش خبررسانی داخلی به تجسس و انتقال خبر در درون کشور من‌جمله عملکرد حکام، آحاد جامعه، وضعیت بازار و در بخش خبررسانی خارجی به جاسوسی از اردوگاه دشمن و وضعیت سرزمین‌های دیگر من‌جمله عثمانی توجه می‌گردید.

news reporting has been important and key in all historical periods, and most of the rulers and kings have always used it with strength and weakness and according to the structure of their government. one of the important functions of news is that it informs the ruler about the internal and external situation and makes the government have a timely response to internal and external threats. this research tries to answer the basic research questions about the importance and function of news reporting by relying on the descriptive-analytical method and collecting information in a library manner. in some cases, the fast transmission of news helped law enforcement, because timely information about chaos and disorder was needed to ensure order. of course, the authenticity of the news was also considered important, and people who were reliable and trusted were usually chosen to collect the news. according to the findings of this research, news reporting was divided into two parts: internal news reporting and foreign news reporting. in the internal reporting section, you pay attention to spying and transmitting news in the country, including  the  performance  of rulers, members of the society, the market situation, and in the foreign reporting section, you pay attention to spying on the enemy camp and the state of other lands, including the ottoman empire.
