پیامدهای امنیتی و انتظامی جنگ تحمیلی رژیم بعثی عراق در شهر دزفول (1359-1367ش.)

با تجاوز رژیم بعثی عراق به خاک ایران در سال 1359ش.، جنگ هشت ساله‌ای در تاریخ کشور ایران رقم خورد که پیامدها و دستاوردهایی را برای ایران به دنبال داشت و شهرهای مختلفی از ایران مانند شهرستان دزفول تحت تاثیر این عامل قرار گرفت. این جنگ، با تهاجم عراق به پایگاه هوایی دزفول و پادگان نیروی زمینی این شهر شروع شده و آن را درگیر مصائب خود نمود. هدف این تحقیق بررسی پیامدهای امنیتی و انتظامی جنگ تحمیلی رژیم بعثی عراق بر شهر دزفول (1359ه.ش تا 1367ه.ش) می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی– تحلیلی و به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (مصاحبه) در پی پاسخگویی به این سوال اصلی است که جنگ تحمیلی رژیم بعثی عراق، چه پیامدهای امنیتی و انتظامی داشت؟ یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که این جنگ از نظر جغرافیای طبیعی و انسانی تغییر چندانی در شهر دزفول ایجاد نکرد اما در بعد امنیتی، انتظامی و گستردگی ساختارهای مرتبط با جنگ تغییرات زیادی را ایجاد نمود که یکی از پیامدهای بارز آن، مهاجرت مردم جنگ‌زده به مناطقی دور از جنگ بود.

security and policing consequences of the iraqi-baathist-regime imposed war in dezful (1980-1988)

with the invasion of the baathist regime of iraq on the territory of iran in 1980, an eight-year war took place in the history of iran, which, of course, had consequences and achievements for iran, and various cities of iran, such as dezful in khuzestan province, were affected by this. this war started from the first day with iraq’s air attack on dezful airbase and ground force barracks of this city and involved it in its troubles. the purpose of this research is to investigate the security and police-related consequences of the war imposed by the iraqi baathist regime on the city of dezful (1980-1988). this research, using a descriptive-analytical method and a library and field study methodology (interview), seeks to answer the main question, what were the effects of the war imposed by the baathist regime of iraq on the city of dezful in terms of different geographical, social, policing and security dimensions? the findings of the research indicated that this war did not cause much change in the city in terms of natural and human geography, but it caused many changes in terms of security, law and order and the extent of the structures associated with the war, one of the obvious consequences of which is the migration of the war-affected people to other areas to be stayed away from war casualties.
