بررسی علل، عوامل و چگونگی خلع سلاح بختیاری‌ها در عصر رضاشاه پهلوی

در طی دوره قاجار و به‌ویژه پس از انقلاب مشروطه، فتح تهران و جنگ جهانی اول، بختیاری ها اسلحه‌های مجهز و مدرنی به دست آوردند. با در اختیار داشتن همین تسلیحات بود که آنها نه تنها توانستند تفوق و برتری خود را حفظ نمایند بلکه غالباً دولت مرکزی ایران را نیز با چالش‌های جدیی مواجه می ساختند. با روی کار آمدن دولت پهلوی، رضاشاه پهلوی تصمیم گرفت تا قدرت بختیاری ها را با گرفتن اسلحه از دست آنها تضعیف نماید. در این پژوهش به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع و اسناد تاریخی کوشش می گردد تا به این سوالات پاسخ داده شود: اهداف و انگیزه های دولت پهلوی از خلع سلاح ایل بختیاری چه بود؟ و بختیاری ها چه واکنش هایی نسبت به امر خلع سلاح خودشان نشان دادند؟ یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که رضاشاه پهلوی در راستای جلوگیری از تهدیدات نظامی بختیاری ها و کاهش خطرات قدرت آنها برای دولت متمرکزش، تصمیم به خلع سلاح آنها گرفت اما خان های بختیاری اگر چه در مرحله اول خلع سلاح مقاومت چندانی نکرده و بخشی از تفنگ های طوایف ابواب‌جمعی خود را گرفته و تحویل دادند اما در مرحله دوم خلع سلاح که پس از دستگیری و اعدام خان ها توسط دولت پهلوی صورت گرفت، هم ماموران دولتی خشونت و شدت عمل به خرج دادند و هم بختیاری ها کوشش کردند تا همه تسلیحات خود را تحویل آنها ندهند.

Investigating the Causes, Factors and Disarming the Bakhtiaris in the Era of Reza Shah Pahlavi

During the Qajar period, and especially after the Constitutional Revolution, the conquest of Tehran, and World War I, the Bakhtiari acquired modern, wellequipped weapons. It was with these weapons that they not only managed to maintain their supremacy, but also often posed serious challenges to the central government of Iran. With the coming to power of the Pahlavi government, Reza Shah Pahlavi decided to weaken the power of the Bakhtiari by taking weapons from them. In this research, descriptiveanalytical method and using historical sources and documents are tried to answer these questions: What were the goals and motives of the Pahlavi government to disarm the Bakhtiari tribe? And how did the Bakhtiari react to their disarmament? The findings of this study show that Reza Shah Pahlavi, in order to prevent the military threats of the Bakhtiari people and reduce the dangers of their power to the centralized government, decided to disarm them. They did not and took and handed over some of the guns of their ancestral tribes, but in the second phase of disarmament, which took place after the arrest and execution of Khans by the Pahlavi government, both government officials and Bakhtiari used force and violence. They tried not to hand over all their weapons to them.
