تحلیل گفتمان مجله آینده نسبت به مقوله امنیت

یکی از مهم‌ترین بحران‌های جامعه ایران در سال‌های بعد از پیروزی انقلاب مشروطه (1300-1289 ش.) عدم امنیت در کشور بود. این مسئله سبب شد که وقتی رضاخان در جریان کودتای 1299 ش. قدرت را قبضه کرد، برقراری امنیت پایدار، به خواسته اصلی جامعه ایران و اولویت اول برنامه‌های او تبدیل شود. در این میان گروهی از سیاستمداران با انتشار مطبوعات مختلف به ترغیب و حمایت از رضاشاه برای تحقق این هدف مهم اقدام کردند. یکی از این مطبوعات، مجله آینده به مدیریت محمود افشار بود. مقاله حاضر درصدد است تا با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به این سوال اصلی پاسخ دهد که گفتمان مجله آینده به مقوله امنیت دارای چه رویکردی بوده است؟ به نظر می‌رسد گردانندگان مجله آینده ایجاد و برقراری امنیت را بستر و ضامن اصلی هرگونه پیشرفت و نوسازی ایران می‌دانستند. نتایج این بررسی نشان می‌دهد که مجله آینده با طرح برنامه‌ها و راهکارهایی همچون تشکیل دولت مقتدر مرکزی، سرکوب گردن‌کشان و اخلال‌گران امنیت داخلی، حفظ تمامیت ارضی ایران از خطرات خارجی و ایجاد امنیت قضایی، نقش مهمی در ترغیب، حمایت و عملیاتی کردن سیاست‌ها و اقدامات دولت پهلوی اول در جهت برقراری امنیت در جامعه ایران داشت.

The Ayandeh (Future) Magazine Discourse Analysis on the Concept of Security

One of the most important crises of Iranian society in the years after the victory of the Constitutional Revolution was the lack of security in the country. This caused that when Reza Khan during the coup of 1920. He seized power, and the establishment of lasting security became the main demand of Iranian society and the first priority of his plans. Meanwhile, a group of politicians published various media to encourage and support Reza Shah to achieve this important goal. One of these press was Ayandeh Magazine, managed by Mahmoud Afshar. The present article seeks to answer the main question with a descriptiveanalytical method: what approach has the discourse of Ayandeh Magazine to the issue of security? It seems that the editors of Ayandeh Magazine considered the creation and establishment of security as the basis and the main guarantor of any progress and modernization of Iran. The results of this study show that Ayandeh Magazine plays an important role in encouraging, supporting and operationalizing plans and strategies such as forming a powerful central government, suppressing tyrants and disruptors of internal security, protecting Iran’s territorial integrity from external threats and creating judicial security, and implementing the policies and actions of the first Pahlavi government in order to establish security in Iranian society.
