مسئلۀ ترور در دوران مشروطه و تاثیر ترور شجاع نظام مرندی در تحولات آذربایجان

جلوس محمدعلی شاه قاجار بر سریر سلطنت موجب افزایش تقابل بین مشروطه‌خواهان و مستبدین شد. در این مجادله، وزنۀ مستبدین دولتی از نظر نیروی انسانی و تجهیزات نظامی بر قوای آزادی‌خواه مردمی سنگینی می‌کرد. بدین جهت مشروطه‌خواهان در برهه‌های مختلف مبارزات خویش، شیوۀ ترور را برگزیدند و در این راه حیدر خان عمواوغلی به علت هوش سرشار و توان فنی به کمک ایشان شتافت. وی ضمن ساخت بمب، برنامۀ عملیات اغلب این ترورها را طراحی و اجرا کرد. این پژوهش بر آن است تا به شیوۀ توصیفی تحلیلی با تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه‎ای و اسنادی، ضمن ترسیم اوضاع سیاسی نظامی آذربایجان در دورۀ استبداد صغیر و جایگاه شجاع نظام مرندی در جنگ‌های داخلی آذربایجان درصدد پاسخ به این سوال برآید که ترور شجاع نظام مرندی چه تاثیری بر تحولات انقلاب مشروطه ایران در آذربایجان داشت؟ نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‏دهد که ترور موفقیت‎آمیز شکرالله خان شجاع نظام مرندی از مهره‌های اصلی قوای استبداد در آذربایجان موجب شکستن حصر تبریز گشت و در پی آن راه مهم و استراتژیک تبریز جلفا بار دیگر گشوده شد. همچنین این ترور زمینۀ، اهتزاز پرچم مشروطه، در شهرهای شمالی و غربی آذربایجان را میسّر ساخت.

QThe issue of assassination during constitutional and the effects of Sh.N.Marandi assassination on Azerbaijan transformations

Sitting on the throne by Mohammed Ali Shah Qajar increased the conflict between constitutionalists and Tyrants.  In this contention, public Tyrants were more powerful than folk liberals in terms of human forces and military equipments.  Thus in their fights, the constitutionalists sometimes selected the way of assassination. To do so, Heidar Khan Amoughlu helped them because of his rich intelligence and technical power. Beside making bombs, he often planned and implemented the operation program of these assassinations. This research aims to map the military _political situation of Azerbaijan during minor tyranny and the position of Sh.N.Marandy in civil wars using a descriptive _analytical method relying on library sources to answer the question that how the assassination of Sh.N.Marandy affected the transformations of Iran Constitutional revolution in Azerbaijan? Results of this research show that the successful assassination of Shokrallah Khan Sh.N.Marandy _of major pillars of tyranny power in Azerbaijan _ caused the break of siege in Tabriz. Consequently the important strategic road of Tabriz _ Jolfa had been opened.  Moreover this assassination provided grounds to wave the constitutional flag in northern and western cities of Azerbaijan.
