بررسی نقش شهربانی در فراهم نمودن تعامل آمریکا و انگلیس در ایران دوره پهلوی دوم (1320-1357)

پلیس از نهادهای ضروری هر کشور و ملتی هستند و هدف از تشکیل آن برقراری نظم و امنیت در داخل کشور و پیشگیری از نفوذ بیگانگان در کشور است، اما در دوره محمدرضاشاه، شهربانی در راستای فراهم نمودن نفوذ انگلستان و آمریکا در ایران نقش ایفا کرد. شهربانی به‌عنوان یک سازمان ویژه در دوره پهلوی دوم مورد توجه قرار گرفت و تشکیلات آگاهی و اطلاعاتی آن همگام با آمریکا و انگلیس در سرکوب مخالفان سیاسی رژیم مشارکتی فعال نمود. شهربانی را باید از تشکیلات پلیسی اطلاعاتی و امنیتی مهم برشمرد که فعالیت‌های آن با سرویس‌های اطلاعاتی آمریکا و انگلستان در دوران پهلوی دوم در یک جهت بود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی و تبیین نقش شهربانی در تعامل‌های امنیتی آمریکا و انگلیس در ایران در دوره پهلوی دوم است. پرسش اصلی این پژوهش این است که شهربانی چه نقشی در زمینه‌سازی تعامل و همکاری آمریکا و انگلستان در دوره پهلوی دوم داشته است؟ روش پژوهش، توصیفیتحلیلی است و ابزار تحقیق، بهره‌گیری از اسناد تاریخی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شهربانی در راستای حفاظت از منافع آمریکا و انگلستان، فراهم نمودن زمینه تعاملات بین آمریکا و انگلستان و حذف مخالفان در داخل کشور اقدام نمود که مهم‌ترین نتیجه آن کودتا علیه دکتر مصدق در 28 مرداد 1332 شد. شهربانی به‌صورت مستقیم در اوضاع آشفته کشور با فراهم نمودن زمینه کودتا با آمریکا و انگلیس علیه دکتر مصدق همکاری نموده و در ‌‌نهایت زمینه اجرای کودتای 28 مرداد را فراهم نمود.

The role of Municipality to provide US _ UK interaction in Iran during second Pahlavi (1320_1357)

Police force is one of the essential agencies in every ccountry which is formed  to provide order and security inside the country and to prevent the influence of foreigners, but during the reign of Mohammed Reza Shah, Municipality played a significant role to provide the influence of UK and US in Iran.  Municipality as a special organization had been considered during second Pahlavi and it’s awareness and information organization along with US and UK tried to suppress political opponents of regime.  Municipality should be viewed as one of the important security, information _police organizations which acted in line with informational services of US and UK during second Pahlavi. This rresearch aims to study and to determine the role of Municipality in security interactions between US and UK in Iran  during second Pahlavi . The main question of the research is what was the role of Municipality in providing grounds for interactions and cooperation between US and UK during second Pahlavi? The research method is descriptive _analytical and the research tool is to exploit historical documents and data analysis.  The research findings showed that Municipality directed it’s practices to protect US and UK benefits, to provide the grounds for interactions between US and UK and to remove civil opponents. The most important consequence of these actions was the coup against Dr.Musadegh  in 28,August 1332. In the chaotic situation of country,the Municipality cooperated with US and UK directly to provide the grounds of coup against Dr.Musadegh  and finally it provided the grounds for implementing the coup of  28 August.
