جایگاه نیروهای نظامی در تحول نظام قدرت در ایران با تکیه‌بر عصر سلجوقیان

نظر به کارآمدی نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی در تکوین و تداوم نظام‌های قدرت در اعصار مختلف، نوشتار حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیلیتاریخی، جایگاه و کارکرد نیروهای نظامی در سیر تحول ساختار سیاسی ایران را در بخشی از قرون میانه بررسی می‌کند. این جایگاه و کارکرد با تکیه‌بر تحولات سیاسی عصر سلجوقی تبیین شده است، اما تبیین و تفسیر مذکور را با در نظر داشتن زمینه‌های پیشینی موضوع و میراث دوران باستانی و اسلامی ایران در دستور کار قرار داده است. عصر سلجوقی از حیث تبدیل امارت به سلطنت در ایران جایگاه مهمی دارد؛ چراکه در این عصر سنن حکومت‌داری ایرانی اسلامی چه از منظر اندیشه‌ای و چه اجرایی با سنن ایلی و قبیله‌ای در هم پیوند می‌خورد و شرایط متفاوتی را در سطح وسیعی به گستره ایران رقم می‌زند که از تلاش برای تمرکز قدرت و همنوایی مناسبات جامعه و حکومت تا گسست و تشتت سیاسی در تحول می‌باشد. بخش مهمی از تحولات مذکور حاصل ماهیت عمل و جایگاه نظامیان در ساختار قدرت است که انسجام، انتظام، عدالت و امنیت را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد؛ بنابراین پرداختن به جایگاه نیروهای نظامی در چگونگی ساختار قدرت این عهد مسئله مهمی به شمار می‌رود

Position of Miitary Forces in Development of Power System in Iran: emphasizing Seljukid Era

iven the efficiency of military and police forces in evolution and continuation of power systems in different eras, this article, by using analyticalhistorical method, examines the position and function of military forces in evolution trend of Iranian political structure in a part of Middle Ages. This position and function has been explained by emphasizing Seljukid era but this explanation and interpretation has set the a priori contexts and the heritage of Iranian ancient and Islamic eras into its agenda. In terms of turning Emirate into kingdom in Iran, the Seljukid era has an important position because in this era, the traditions of IranianIslamic governance, in terms of thought and execution, blended with nomadic traditions and create different conditions at a vast level in Iranian realm which is various from power concentration and harmony in societygovernment relations to political rupture and tension. An important part of these developments is the result of nature of military action and position in power structure which is coherence, order, justice and security. Therefore dealing with the position of military forces in power structure of the era is a significant issue.
