نقش خوانین محلی لرستان در خلع‌سلاح و انتظام عشایر(1301-1312 ه.ش) (مورد مطالعه: عزیزالله‌خان سپهوند)

تصرف لرستان توسط قوای اعزامی رضاخان این منطقه را وارد مرحله‌ی جدیدی کرد. مسائلی هم‌چون خلع سلاح، اسکان و تامین امنیت در مناطق عشایری در اولویت سیاست های نظامی پهلوی اول قرار داشت که فرماندهان قوای غرب با توسل به حربه‌های مختلف، من‌جمله همراه کردن خوانین و روسای ایلات و طوایف، اهتمام خود را در این راستا به کار گرفتند. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ‌گویی به این سوال است که روابط خوانین محلی(عزیزالله خان سپهوند) با حکومت مرکزی برای ایجاد امنیت و خلع سلاح عشایر چگونه بود؟ یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌هد که قوای دولتی با ورود به لرستان برای برقراری ارتباط با خوانین محلی و استفاده از نفوذ آن‌ها برای ایجاد امنیت و خلع سلاح عشایر اقدام کردند. در مقابل برخی از خوانین محلی با توجه تهدید موقعیت و نفوذشان، برای برقراری ثبات در منطقه و استفاده از مزایای همکاری با حکومت با آن‌ها همراه شدند و در منطقه‌ی نفوذ خود با سرکوب و تهدید ثبات نسبی ایجاد کردند. در این پژوهش به روش توصیفیتحلیلی و اسنادی به بررسی روابط خوانین محلی با فرماندهان قوای غرب و نقش این ارتباط در انتظام لرستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

The role of local Khans in Lorestan in disarming and disciplining the tribes (1301_1312)(Case study: Azizallah Khan Sepahvand)

Occupying Lorestan by Rezakhan’s expeditionary forces caused this region entered into a new stage . Some problems such as disarmament,inhabitation and supply security in tribunal areas had priority for the first Pahlavi military policies. Western force commanders tried to do so by applying various approaches such  as sending khans and tribe’s chiefs with  the forces.  This research seeks to answer the question that how was the local Khans (Aziz Allah Khan Sepahvand) relationships with central government to establish security and to disarm the tribes? The research results showed that the governmental forces tried to make relationships with local Khans and to use their influences in order to make security and disarm the tribes.  In contrast some local Khans considering the threat for their positions accompanied them to bring sstability in the  region and to use the advantages of cooperation with the government and created a relative stability in their regions by suppression and threat. In this research the relationships between local Khans with west force commanders is studied in a descriptive _analytical method and also the role of such a relationship in Lorestan discipline is examined.
