چکیده
|
این مقاله که با تکیه بر اسناد و مدارک موجود در مراکز اسنادی ارتش، سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی، ستاد کل پدافند هوایی کشور و نیروی انتظامی، با روش کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، بر آن است که اقدامات منافقین در هواپیماربایی سال‌های اولیه انقلاب و به‌ویژه در سال 1363 را مورد مطالعه تحلیلی قرار دهد. اکثر هواپیماربایی‌ها پیش از انقلاب اسلامی توسط توده‌ای‌ها و گروه‌های مارکسیستی به وقوع می‌پیوست. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی، منافقین در پسِ ماجرای اکثر هواپیماربایی‌ها بودند. در تاریخ هواپیمارباییِ ایران، حکومت بعثی عراق از حامیان ظاهری و باطنی هواپیماربایان بود. این تحقیق با نگاه مدیریت دانش و کسب تجربه به بررسی اقدامات منافقین در حوزه هواپیماربایی پرداخته است. هدف اصلی در این تحقیق در دو مرحله محقق می‌شود: مرحله اول: مستندسازی هواپیماربایی در ایران (به‌ویژه در سال 1363) مرحله دوم: درس‌آموزی و ثبت تجربیات و نکات حفاظتی در خصوص جلوگیری از هواپیماربایی بر همین اساس و درواقع سوالِ اصلی در این مقاله این است که: درس‌آموخته‌های حفاظتی از هواپیماربایی در ایران چیست؟ ازجمله یافته‌های پژوهش این است که سازمان مجاهدین خلق (منافقین) در اکثر موارد هواپیماربایی در ایران نقش موثری داشت. همچنین همگرایی و هم‌پوشانی و تعامل همه سازمان‌ها و نهادهای تاثیرگذار بر مقابله با هواپیماربایی منجر به ایجاد امنیت بیشتر در پروازها و کاهش موفقیت هواپیماربایان خواهد شد.

Abstract
|
Relying on the evidence and documents available in the army documentary center, the Islamic revolution guardians corps,the antiaircraft general staff and the police force, the present paper seeks to study the hypocrite practices in airplane hijacking at the early years of revolution especially 1363 analytically in a qualitative method. Most airplane hijackings after the Islamic revolution had happened by Tudeh and marxist groups . After the Islamic revolution, the hypocrites were behind most of the airplane hijackings. In the airplane hijacking history of Iran, the Bathi government of Iraq was one of the explicit and implicit advocates of airplane hijackers. This research investigated the hypocrites practices in the area of airplane hijackings looking at the knowledge management and experience gain. The main purpose of the research is realized in two stages: First stage: the documentation of airplane hijackings in Iran (especially in 1363). Second stage: learning and recording the protective points about airplane hijacking prevention Based on this the main question in this paper is that: which protective lessons had been learned from airplane hijacking in Iran ? One finding of this research is that the people Mujahedeen organization (hypocrites) had played a significant role in airplane hijackings . Furthermore the convergence, overlap and interaction of all bodies and organizations effective in Airplane hijacking opposition will lead to more security in flying and reduce airplane hijacker successes
