واکاوی حضور خوارج ازارقه در کرمان و پیامدهای سیاسی – امنیتی آن

در قرن اول هجری، اختلافات سیاسی و تشتت آراء میان مسلمانان منجر به ظهور فرقه­های مختلفی از جمله خوارج در قلمروی خلافت اسلامی شد. خوارج با اندیشه­های دینی که صبغه­ سیاسی داشت و با رویکردی نظامی به رویارویی با قدرت­ حاکم پرداختند. برخورد قهر­آمیز خوارج ازارقه در مخالفت با سیاست­های خلافت اموی، گروه­هایی از ایرانیان را به دلیل انگیزه مشترک با خوارج ازارقه در مخالفت با امویان، ترغیب کرد که به آنان بپیوندند. نوشتار حاضر در پی پاسخ به این پرسش اساسی می­باشد که بسترهای نفوذ و پیامدهای سیاسی امنیتی حضور خوارج ازارقه در کرمان چه بوده است؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش این پژوهش تلاش دارد تا به روش تاریخی و با تکیه بر منابع اصلی به واکاوی زمینه­های نفوذ و پیامدهای سیاسی – امنیتی ناشی از حضور ازارقه در کرمان بپردازد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان­ می­دهد، کرمان از زمان فتوح اعراب مسلمان به دلیل پایگاه مستحکم سنت­های بومی و امید به بقای حکومت ساسانی، دستخوش طغیان­ها و شورش­هایی علیه دستگاه خلافت بوده است. در دوره فترت خلافت اموی، بی­ثباتی سیاسی، موقعیت جغرافیایی کرمان و دوری از مرکز خلافت، سلوک مناسب ازارقه با اهل ذمّه مهم‌ترین زمینه­های نفوذ و حضور ازارقه در این ایالت بوده است. از بین رفتن امنیت شهرها و گسترش ناامنی ایالات، ارتباط ازارقه با خوارج عمان و باقی ماندن ازارقه تا قرن چهارم در کرمان از پیامدهای حضور خوارج در کرمان بوده است.

Exploring the presence of Khavarej Azaraghe in Kerman and it’s political _security consequences

In the 1st AH century , the political conflicts and disagreements among Muslims led to the emergence of various sects such as Khavarej in the Islamic caliphate territory. Khavarej with religious thoughts who had political implications and a military approach confronted with the ruling power . The conflicts between Khavarej Azareghe with  Umayyad caliphate policies encouraged a few groups of Iranians to join them due to the common motivation with Khavarej Azareghe that is Umayyad opposition.The present paper is an answer to this basic question that what was the bases of influence and political _security consequences of the presence of Khavarej Azareghe in Kerman? To answer this question this research aims to examine the bases of influence and political _security consequences of the presence of Khavarej Azareghe in Kerman in a historical method relying on the main resources. The research findings showed that since the Muslim Arabs conquest , Kerman has been subjected to revolts and rebellions against caliphate system due to the stable base of indigenous traditions and the hope for SasanI government survival.  During Umayyad caliphate the most important backgrounds of the presence and influence of Azaraghe  in this area included the political instability,Kerman geographical position, being away from caliphate center and the suitable confrontation of Azaraghe with Ahl_ Alzemeh. Loss of security in the cities and  the expansion of insecurity in the Azaeaghe the link between Azaraghe and Oman Khavarej and the stay of Azareghe in Kerman up to the 4th century were some of the consequences of the  presence of khavarej  in Kerman.
