چالش‌های مدیریت نیروهای انتظامی در سپاه یعقوب لیث صفاری

از آغاز قرن سوم هجری، به دلیل رویدادهای سیاسی و انتظامی در داخل و خارج از قلمرو خلافت عباسی، به‌تدریج خلافت، قوت و استحکام خود را از دست داد و برای نخستین بار زمینه شکل‌گیری جنبش های مردمی ضد خلافت عباسی فراهم شد. از نخستین جنبش های آزادی‌خواهانه و عدالت‌طلبانه، جنبش صفاریان بود که از دل یکی از ریشه‌دارترین نهادهای مردمی ایران، یعنی عیاران، سر برآورد. مسئله‌ای که پژوهش حاضر به دنبال روشن نمودن آن می‌باشد بررسی چالش‌های مدیریت سپاه صفاری می‌باشد چرا که این سپاه از عناصر مختلف و گاه متضادی چون عیاران و خوارج تشکیل شده بود. سوالات اصلی پژوهش این است که مدیریت نیروهای انتظامی در سپاه صفاری از چه مولفه‌هایی تاثیر می‌پذیرفت؟ عناصر تشکیل‌دهنده این سپاه از چه گروه‌های بودند؟ این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی – تحلیلی و با استناد به منابع کتابخانه‌ای به دنبال پاسخ به سوال‌های اصلی می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد یعقوب لیث نقش محوری در سپاه صفاری دارا بود و مدیریت سپاه نقش مهمی در پیروزی‌های یعقوب داشت.

Challenges of disciplinary force management in Yacoub Leis Safari’s army

From the third century,due to the political and military events inside and outside the territory of Abbassi succession,it gradually lost it’s power and consistency and for the first time the grounds were provided to form folk movements against Caliphate. One of the early libertarian and justice _seeking movements was Safarian which emerged from the heart of one of the most deep_ rooted non_government organizations called Ayaran. This research aims to study the managerial challenges of Safavi army.As this army had been constituted by different opposing elements like Ayaran and Khavarej. The main question of the research is that:what factors affected the disciplinary forces management in Safari army?which groups were involved in this army? This research tries to answer these questions using a descriptive _analytical method relying on the library sources. The research findings showed that Yacoub Leis Safari played a major role in Safari army and  the army management had a significant role in Yacoub victories.
