بکارگیری مدل جدید مقاومت تماسی جهت بررسی خواص مکانیکی اتصال ورق hastelloy x در جوشکاری مقاومتی نقطه ای مقیاس کوچک

امروزه به دلیل نیاز به کوچک سازی، جوشکاری مقاومتی نقطه ای مقیاس کوچک مورد علاقه قرار گرفته است. فاکتور تعیین کننده در اندازهدکمه جوش مقاومت تماسی می باشد. در این مقاله یک رابطه ی جدید برای محاسبه ی مقاومت تماسی الکتریکی ارائه شده است. مدل حاضر می تواند محدوده های دمایی و اندازه ی دکمه جوش را پیش بینی نماید. جهت تصدیق مدل، set up جوشکاری ساخته شد و آزمایش ها با استفاده از ورق های hastelloy x انجام گردید. تحلیل doe جهت بررسی تاثیر متغیرها بر قطر، بیشترین نیروی کششی و ارتفاع جوش انجام شد. مشخص گردید که افزایش جریان و زمان تا مقدار مشخصی باعث افزایش رشد دکمه جوش می شوند، اما افزایش نیرو باعث کاهش قطر خواهد شد.

Using a New Contact Resistance Model for Investigating Mechanical Properties of Hastelloy X Welded Joints in Small Scale Resistance Spot Welding

Nowadays, due to the need for miniaturization, small scale resistance spot welding is of interest. The key factor that determines the nugget size is contact resistance. In this paper a new equation is provided to calculate the electrical contact resistance. The model can predict the high temperature contours and the nugget configuration efficiently. Also, a setup was constructed to verify the model and investigate the effects of parameters on the mechanical properties of Hastelloy X welded joints. DOE analysis is done to recognize the effect of parameters on the nugget diameter, maximum load, and nugget height. It was concluded that the size of the nugget enlarges by increasing welding current and time. The nugget diameter decreases with increase of force.
