تاثیر شهرنشینی و سرریزهای آن بر توزیع درآمد استان‌های ایران با رهیافت اقتصاد سنجی فضایی

یکی از اهداف دولت‌ها گسترش عدالت بوده‌است که توزیع مناسب درآمدها در جامعه نیز یکی از مهم‌ترین جنبه‌های آن است. توزیع درآمد در هر جامعه‌ای از ساختار اقتصادی اجتماعی آن جامعه، به ویژه شرایط بازار کار ناشی می‌شود. گسترش شهرنشینی در اثر انتقال جمعیت و نیروی کار کشور از مناطق روستایی به مناطق شهری و از طریق تاثیری که بر بازار کار می‌گذارد، می تواند توزیع درآمد را  متاثر نماید. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی اثر شهرنشینی بر توزیع‌ درآمد 25 استان ایران در دوره زمانی 1390-1380 با استفاده از روش اقتصادسنجی فضایی پرداخته‌‌است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که افزایش نسبت شهرنشینی و شاخص توسعه انسانی منجر به عادلانه‌تر شدن توزیع درآمد در استان‌های ایران گردیده است. همچنین، با مقایسه نقشه‌های فضایی توزیع درآمد و نسبت شهرنشینی در سال‎‌های ابتدا و انتهای دوره مورد مطالعه، این نتیجه حاصل می‌شود که تاثیر شهرنشینی بر توزیع درآمد استان‌های کشور روند ثابتی نداشته‌است که این موضوع با نتایج تخمین فضایی همخوانی دارد.

The Impact of Urbanization and its Overflows on Income Distribution of Iran Provinces using Spatial Econometrics Approach

One of the goals of establishment of Islamic Republic of Iran was expansion of justice that appropriate distribution of income in society is one of its most important aspects. Income distribution in every society is resulted from economicsocial structure of that society, particularly labor market situation. Urbanization can affect the income distribution due to population migration and labor force from rural to urban areas and through the impact on labor market. This study examined the impact of urbanization on income distribution in 25 provinces of Iran in the period of 20012011 using spatial econometrics. The results show that an increase in the ratio of urbanization to human development index has led that income to be distributed fairer in the provinces of Iran. In addition, by comparing special maps of income distribution and the ratio of urbanization in the beginning and end of the studied period, it is concluded that the impact of urbanization on income distribution has not been a fixed process that this issue is consistent with the results of the special estimation.
