شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت توسعۀ علوم انسانی با رویکردی مبتنی بر نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد با نگاهی به آموزش عالی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت توسعۀ علوم انسانی با رویکردی مبتنی بر نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد و آزمون این عوامل در وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی صورت گرفته است. بدین منظور با روش تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی و رویکردی آمیخته، پژوهش در دو بخش کیفی و کمی به‌صورت متوالی انجام پذیرفت. در بخش کیفی 14 نفر از صاحب‌نظرترین افراد به کمک روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در بخش کمی، تعداد 245 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده از بین اعضای هیئت علمی رشته‌های علوم انسانی دانشگاه‌های دولتی و پیام‌نور استان اصفهان (تعداد 670 نفر) گزینش شدند. روایی سوالات مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته و پرسش‌نامۀ محقق ساخته به روش محتوایی و هم‌زمان و پایایی به ترتیب با روش ضریب توافق (04/90) و آلفای کرونباخ (87/.) محاسبه گردید. یافته‌های کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل داده‌ها به روش داده‌بنیاد و یافته‌های کمی حاصل تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و شاخص‌های توصیفی می‌باشد. نتایج کلی پژوهش حاکی از آن است که 9 عامل اصلی و 33 عامل فرعی به‌طور کلی بر مقوله محوری مطالعۀ حاضر موثر می‌باشد که در قالب شرایط عِلّی، زمینه‌ای و میانجی قابل تبیین می‌باشند.

Studying effective Factors on Humanities Development Management Based on Approach of Data Based Theory with Regard to Higher Education

The present study aimed to study the effective factors on humanities develop ment management with data based theory. The test of these factors was done in current situation of higher education in Iran. For this purpose, the research was carried out by descriptive – measurement method and mixed approach in qualitative and quantitative sections successively. To interview in the qualitative section, 14 clear – sighted people from the community were selected by using purposive sling method and. in the quantitative section, 245 faculty members of governmental and Payame Noor Universities in Isfahan were selected by simple randomly method (Statistical population: 670 people). The validity of questions of semi structured interview and the researcher made questionnaire by content and simultaneous method and its reliability were determined respectively by agreement coefficient method (90/04) and by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.87). Qualitative data was analyzed by data based analyzing method and quantitative data was analyzed by descriptive indicators and Multiple Regression method. General results of study showed that nine major and 32 minor factors are effective on main subject of this research that can be explained by cause, background and intermediate conditions.
