پیش بینی مهارت‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان آموزش از دور بر اساس یادگیری فعال با نقش واسطه‌ای خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه یادگیری فعال با مهارت‌های کارآفرینی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور شهرستان بوکان در سال تحصیلی 1403-1404 انجام شد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز بوکان که حدودا 550 نفر هستند، می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی – طبقه ای است. طبق فرمول کوکران تعداد نمونه آماری برابر 230 (138 زن و 92 مرد) به‌دست آمده است و پس از توزیع پرسش‌نامه تعداد 225 (135 زن و 90) پرسش‌نامه تکمیل شده، جمع‌آوری گردید. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها ، از پرسش‌نامه یادگیری فعال لابناوکس (2004)، پرسش‌نامه استاندارد مهارت‌های کارآفرینی بیچ(2007) و پرسش‌نامه خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دی‌نابل و همکاران (1999) استفاده شده که روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها بررسی و تایید شد. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها و بررسی فرضیات تحقیق، از روش‌های آمار توصیفی نظیر میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و روش‌های آمار استنباطی نظیر نرمال بودن جامعه و ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون تک متغیره و چند متغیره و معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردیده که تمامی این محاسبات با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام گرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که رابطه یادگیری فعال و خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی با مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و هم‌چنین یادگیری فعال و خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی با مهارت‌های کارآفرینی به تفکیک معنادار است. پس نتیجه می گیریم که از روی متغیرهای پیش‌بین یادگیری فعال و خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی می‌توانیم تغییرات متغیر ملاک یعنی کار آفرینی را پیش‌بینی کنیم. به‌عبارتی هر چه میزان یادگیری فعال و خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی بیشتر باشد، دانشجویان از مهارت‌های کارآفرینی بیشتری برخوردار می‌شوند.

predicting the entrepreneurial skills of distance education students based on active learning with the mediating role of entrepreneurial self efficacy

this study aimed to determine the relationship between active learning and entrepreneurial skills, with an emphasis on the mediating role of entrepreneurial self efficacy among students of payam noor university in bukan city in the academic year 2020 2021. the research method is descriptive and correlational. the statistical population of this study is all students of payam noor university in bukan city which is approximately 550 people. the sampling method is random stratified. according to the cochran formula, the number of statistical samples was 230 (138 women and 92 men), and after distributing the questionnaire, 225 (135 women and 90) completed questionnaires were collected. in order to collect data, labneaux’s active learning questionnaire (2004), beach’s standard questionnaire of entrepreneurial skills (2007), and de nabel et al.’s entrepreneurial self efficacy questionnaire (1999) were used, and the validity and reliability of the questionnaires were examined and confirmed. to analyze the data and investigate the research hypotheses, descriptive statistics methods such as mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics methods such as population normality and correlation coefficient and univariate and multivariate regression analysis and structural equations were used, and all these calculations were performed using spss software. the findings showed that the relationship between active learning and entrepreneurial self efficacy with entrepreneurial skills and also active learning and entrepreneurial self efficacy with entrepreneurial skills separately is significant. so we conclude that based on the predictor variables of active learning and entrepreneurial self efficacy, we can predict changes in the criterion variable, namely entrepreneurial skills.
