شناسایی مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای به منظور طراحی الگوی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بستر یادگیری الکترونیکی و آموزش از راه دور

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بستر یادگیری الکترونیکی و آموزش از راه دور و طراحی الگوی اخلاق حرفه‌ای انجام پذیرفته است. برای دست‌یابی به این هدف از روش آمیخته اکتشافی با تمرکز بر روش کیفی کمی بهره گرفته شد. در بخش کیفی به منظور گردآوری داده از روش مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه ساختاریافته و گروه کانونی استفاده شد و سپس در مرحله دوم از روش کمی به شیوه توصیفی _ تحلیلی و برای گردآوری داده‌های کمی، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته بهره گرفته شد. به منظور بررسی وضعیت موجود اخلاق حرفه‌ای در موسسه آموزش عالی البرز مولفه‌های شناسایی شده به صورت یک پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته مورد نظر سنجی دانشجویان قرار گرفت‌. برای تحلیل پرسش‌نامه از آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای با ارزش آزمون 3.5 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل و مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای با تی قابل مشاهده در جدول به طور معناداری بالاتر از میانگین مورد انتظار بوده است.از نظر سطح مطلوبیت‌، مولفه‌های رفتاری و فرآیندی در سطح مطلوب و صرفاً مولفۀ تعامل اخلاق‌مدار در محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی مربوط به دستیاران آموزشی در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب از نظر دانشجویان ارزیابی شده است. با توجه به ارائه الگوی اولیه اخلاق حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر پیشینه تحقیق و مصاحبه با متخصصین آموزش الکترونیکی‌، نتایج کیفی و کمی، الگوی مفهومی اخلاق حرفه‌ای به دست آمد.

Identifying the Components of Professional Ethics for Designing a Model of Professional Ethics in the Context of E-Learning and Distance Education

The present study aimed to identify the components of professional ethics in the context of elearning and distance education and design a model of professional ethics. To achieve this goal, the exploratory mixed method was used with a focus on the qualitativequantitative method. In the qualitative section, in order to collect data, the semistructured exploratory interview method and the focus group were used, and then in the second stage, the descriptiveanalytical method was used quantitatively and a researchermade questionnaire was used to collect quantitative data. In order to assess the current situation of professional ethics in Alborz Higher Education Institute, the identified components were surveyed as a researchermade questionnaire from the viewpoint of students. A onesample ttest with a test value of 3.5 was used to analyze the questionnaire. The results showed that the factors and components of professional ethics with t visible in the table were significantly higher than the expected average.In terms of desirability, behavioral and process components were at the desired level and only the component of ethicsoriented interaction in the elearning environment related to educational assistants was at a relatively desirable level from the viewpoint of students. By erpresenting the initial model of professional ethics based on the literature review and interviews with elearning experts, and qualitative and quantitative results, the conceptual model of professional ethics was obtained.
