بررسی اثر بخشی آموزشهای فوق برنامه پیشتازان در افزایش خلاقیت وشادکامی دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهرستان جوین

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش‌های فوق برنامه پیشتازان بر افزایش خلاقیت و شادکامی دانش‌آموزان انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی، با طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر متوسطه پایه دوم شهرستان جوین در سال تحصیلی 98-97 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر بود که از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت کاملا تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش وکنترل گمارده شدند و سپس به گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای، فوق برنامه پیشتازان آموزش داده شد. ابزار گردآوری اطللاعات، پرسش‌نامه‌های خلاقیت تورنس و شادکامی اکسفورد بود. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس حاکی از تفاوت معنادار بین گروه آزمایش وکنترل به لحاظ خلاقیت و شادکامی است. نتایج پژوهش نیز نقش و اهمیت آموزش‌های فوق برنامه پیشتازان را در افزایش خلاقیت و شادکامی دانش‌آموزان نشان داد.

The Efficacy of Extracurricular Educations of The Pishtazan Organization on Increasing the Creativity and Happiness of Secondary High School Female Students in Jovein City

The purpose of this study was to investigate  the effectiveness of extracurricular educations of the pishtazan organization on increasing the students’ creativity and happiness. The research method was semiexperimental by pretestpost test with unequal control group design. The statistical population lincluded all Joveinian female students in secondary high school in 9798 educational year. A sample of 30 students were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The treatment phase was planned in ten 90minute sessions that wes given to experimental group. To gather data, the researcher used Torrance’s creativity and Oxford’s happiness questionaire. The results showed that there is a significant difference between two groups in creativity and happiness based on covariance analysis. Finally, results indicated the role and importance of extracurricular educations of the pishtazan organization in increasing the students’ creativity and happiness.
