الگوی مراتب اطاعت از والدین در تحلیل و بررسی دیدگاه فقهای اسلامی

اطاعت از والدین، از جمله مباحثی است که در فقه اسلامی به آن پرداخته شده است و فقها دربارۀ وجوب و استحباب یا میزان وجوب آن، دیدگاه‌های مختلفی داشته‌اند که به سه دستۀ عمدۀ «وجوب اطاعت به‌صورت مطلق»، «وجوب اطاعت به‌صورت غیرمطلق» و «عدم وجوب اطاعت» تقسیم می‌شوند. با توجه به اینکه همسویی دیدگاه‌ها باعث رفع سردرگمی مکلفان می‌شود، ضرورت دارد سازوکاری جدید جهت همسویی دیدگاه‌ها ارائه شود. به همین جهت، پژوهش حاضر در صدد آن بوده است که با روش تحلیلی و در مقایسه دیدگاه فقهای اسلامی، الگویی را برای مراتب اطاعت از والدین مطرح نماید. در الگوی مذکور که نشانگر نوآوری پژوهش است، محورهای مطرح در آیات، روایات و کلام فقها، اعم از مصادیق اطاعت، شرایط اطاعت و دلایل اطاعت، مورد مداقه قرار گرفته‌ و مصادیق مختلف اطاعت به ترتیب در امور مباح، مکروه، مستحب، واجب و حرام دسته‌بندی شده‌اند تا میزان اطاعت از والدین در مسائل مختلف نشان داده شود.

obedience to parents is a topic extensively discussed in islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). jurists hold varying opinions on the obligation (wujūb) and recommendation (istiṣḥāb) of obeying parents، or the extent of this obligation، broadly falling into three categories: absolute obligation of obedience، non-absolute obligation of obedience، and no obligation of obedience. given that aligning viewpoints alleviates confusion for those bound by accountable people (mukallafūn)، a new mechanism for harmonizing these views is necessary. to this end، the research employs an analytical method، comparing the perspectives of islamic jurists to propose a model of the degrees of obedience to parents. this model، representing the research's innovation، scrutinizes the themes presented in quranic verses، traditions (riwāyāt)، and the words of jurists، including instances of obedience، conditions of obedience، and reasons for obedience. various instances of obedience are categorized، in order، within permissible (mubāh)، reprehensible (makrūh)، recommended (mustaḥab)، obligatory (wājib)، and forbidden (ḥarām) matters، indicating the extent of obedience to parents in different contexts.
