بنیادگرایی اسلامی داعش القاعده: تمایزهای ساختاری و ایدئولوژیکی

تحولات موسوم به بهار عربی و پیامدهای قابل توجه آن در ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی، معادلات سیاسی در خاورمیانه را دستخوش تغییر کرده است. نقش بارز گروه‌های بنیادگرای اسلامی و تروریستی چون القاعده و داعش در تحولات اخیر بویژه در جنگ داخلی سوریه و بحران عراق سیمای سیاسی خاورمیانه را به کلی دگرگون کرده است. خشونت عریان داعش در مقابله با گروه‌ها و کنشگران دیگر در این کشورها و تقویت و رشد پایگاه سیاسی، اجتماعی و ایدئولوژیکی این گروه در منطقه و ورای آن به بحث اصلی محافل آکادمیک مبدل شده است. با وجود شباهت‌های ساختاری و ایدئولوژیک، اما موج جدید بنیادگرایی در منطقه در بسیاری از ابعاد به صورت چشمگیری دچار تحول و دگردیسی شده است. داعش که اکنون قوی‌ترین گروه تروریستی و بنیادگرای جهان محسوب می‌شود، سبک و شیوه نوین در عملکرد و سیاست‌گذاری‌های رادیکال از خود به نمایش گذارده است. کنترل بخش‌های بزرگی از عراق و سوریه و جذب ده‌ها هزار نیروی جدید جهادی از سرتاسر جهان حاکی از عملکرد نسبتا موفق این گروه دارد. در این مقاله تلاش شده تا با توجه شاخص‌های ایدئولوژیکی و ساختاری که داعش و رهبران آن ارائه داده‌اند، مقایسه موردی میان این گروه و القاعده انجام گیرد و تفاوتهای ساختاری و ایدئولوژیکی آنها مورد بررسی قرار داد.

SelfDeclared Islamic State of Isis: Structural and Ideological Distinctions

Arab spring and its political, economic and cultural consequences fundamentally changed the political equations in the Middle East. The role of Islamic fundamental groups such as Isis, Islamic State of Iraq and Sham, and AlQaeda in the recent developments especially in Syria and Iraq changed the trend of political developments in the region. Isis and its growth and promotion in the shadow of Syria civil war and crisis in the Iraq becomes the focal point of academic discussions. Despite of ideological and structural similarities between of new waves of fundamentalism in the region with previous’, many of its dimensions changed and got Metamorphosis. Isis, as the most successful and powerful fundamental group, introduces a new style and method in governing. Dominating large parts of Iraq and Syria by this group and attraction tens of thousands of Jihadists from across the world are indications for the partly success of their mission. In this article, writers, according to Isis ideological and structural indexes, are after drawing an analogy between Isis and AlQaeda in the terms of Structural and ideological distinctions.
