مدلسازیِ ژنومهای ژئوپلیتیکِ تاثیرگذار بر سیاست خارجی ایران و عراق

ژنوم ژئوپلیتیک، نقشه عوامل ثابت و متغیّر جغرافیایی تاثیرگذار بر سیاست و برخاسته از جغرافیای یک کشور است که سیاست خارجی را تحت ‌تاثیر قرارمی‌دهد. شناخت دیدگاه‌های ژئوپلیتیک نشات‌گرفته از ژنوم های ژئوپلیتیک همسایگان و شناسایی کدهای ژئوپلیتیک موجود در کشورهای هدف می­تواند نقشی موثر در اتخاذ سیاست خارجی هم‏راستا با وزن ژئوپلیتیک ایفا‏کند. با توجه به اشتراک در پیشینه‌ تاریخی، فرهنگی و نژادی عراق با ایران و نفوذ قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه ای در این کشور، شناسایی و مطالعه نقشه‌ ژنگانِ ژئوپلیتیک این کشور برای جهت دهی به سیاست خارجی ایران، ضروری است. نگارندگان، با تاکید بر تحلیل کدها و ژنوم‌های ژئوپلیتیک موجود در جغرافیای سیاسی ایران و عراق کوشش‏کرده‏اند تا در قالب مدلی با ‌عنوان مدل تقابل کد/ ژنوم‌های ایران و عراق، پیامدهای این تقابل و تاثیر آن بر سیاست خارجی دو کشور را تحلیل‏کنند

Modeling Geopolitical Genomes Affecting IranIraq Foreign Policy

Geopolitical Genome is the geographical genetic and variable map of the politics and derived from geography of a country that affects foreign policy. Identifying geopolitical viewpoints coming from geopolitical genomes of the neighbors and identifying the geopolitical codes existing in the target countries can play a key role in adopting foreign policy in parallel with geopolitical weight.  With respect to historical, cultural and racial commonalities between Iran and Iraq and the influence of regional and transregional powers in this country it is necessary to identify and study the genomic geopolitical map of Iraq for directing Iran’s foreign policy toward this country. Placing emphasis on analysis of geopolitical codes and genomes in the political geography of Iran and Iraq, the authors have tried to analyze the consequences of this contradiction and its influence on bilateral foreign policy by presenting a model entitled “contradiction of IranIraq codes/genomes”.
