تحلیل راهبردی تحقق آرمان فلسطین در پرتوی بیداری اسلامی در خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا

با آغاز تحول های اخیر جهان عرب و سقوط نظام‌های برخی کشورهای عربی و همچنین گسترش تفکرهای اسلامی، زمینه‌های ایجاد موج جدید بیداری اسلامی به وجودآمده و به نظرمی‌رسد این موج در سال‌های اخیر، دوباره پویایی خود را یافته است. بیداری اسلامی به عنوان فرصتی برای تحقق آرمان فلسطین محسوب می‌شود که عملی شدن آن به تحلیل، بررسی و ارائه راهکارهایی علمی و اجرایی، نیازمند است. این مقاله درصدد پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که «برمبنای روش تحلیل راهبردی swot» و با توجه به فرصت بیداری اسلامی، راهبردهای مناسب و ممکن برای تحقق آرمان فلسطین کدام اند؟»؛ در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل راهبردی سعی شده نقاط قوت قضیه فلسطین، مانند مقاومت، حمایت عمومی، حمایت خارجی و نقاط ضعف آن نظیر اختلاف های درونی، مشکلات اقتصادی، عدم وجود تشکیلات منسجم و رهبری واحد و همچنین تهدیدهای پیش روی آن، مانند سیاست خارجی هوشمند، شهرک سازی و اقدام های دستگاه امنیتی رژیم صهیونیستی و نیز، اقدام های جریان محافظه کار منطقه خاورمیانه ضد جریان مقاومت شناسایی شوند. با مدنظر قراردادن فرصت مناسب بیداری اسلامی درپی تحول های اخیر در جهان عرب، تلاش هایی به منظور ارائه راهبردهای نهادینه کردن ایدئولوژی اسلامی، راهبرد حرکت تشکیلاتی و راهبرد گسترش وحدت انجام شده اند که به نظرمی‌رسد برای پیشبرد بیداری اسلامی در مسیر صحیح و اصیل آن می‌بایست، در جهت این راهبردها حرکت کرد.

Strategic analysis of Realization of Palestinian Ideal in the Light of Islamic Awakening in Middle East and North Africa

With the unfolding of recent developments in the Arab world and fall of political systems in some of Arab countries as well as spread of Islamic thoughts, new grounds have been created for new wave of Islamic awakening. It seems that this wave has become dynamic over the past few years. Islamic awakening is an opportunity for realization of the ideal of Palestine. The present paper is an attempt to answer the following question on the basis of SWOT strategic analysis: What are the suitable and possible strategies for the realization of Palestinian ideal in the light of Islamic awakening opportunity? Attempts have been made through strategic analysis method to analyze the strong points of the Palestinian issue such as resistance, public support, foreign support as well as its weak points such as internal differences, economic problems, lack an integrated organization and a single leadership as well as the threats it faces such as intelligent foreign policy, settlement building, measures of the security system of the Zionist regime and measures of the conservative trends in the Middle East against resistance. Taking into account the opportunities of the Islamic awakening in the aftermath of the developments in the Arab world, attempts have been made to offer some strategies to institutionalize the Islamic ideology, a strategy for organized movement and promotion of unity, which seems to be necessary for the promotion of Islamic awakening and its move towards correct direction.
