طبقه متوسط: چالش ‌های سیاسی/اقتصادی در ایران پسا انقلاب اسلامی

طبقه متوسط طبقه ای است که به واسطه ی مهارت و تخصص بالای خود در بسیاری از مشاغل مختلف حضور دارند که از نظر ارزش‌ های فرهنگی، بیشتر مشابه طبقه بالا و از نظر اقتصادی بیشتر مشابه طبقه کارگر هستند. با توجه به نقش مهم و تاثیرگذار، این قشر همواره به عنوان موتور محرکه و یکی از اصلی ترین ارکان پیشرفت و توسعه در جوامع بشری مطرح است. به همین دلیل اساس مقاله حاضر بررسی چالش های سیاسی/اقتصادی طبقه متوسط در ایران بعد از انقلاب اسلامی است. به لحاظ روش شناسی از نوع مطالعات تحلیلی است که برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش اسنادی استفاده شده است. چارچوب نظری انتخابی برای تحلیل طبقه بر اساس نظریه جیمز آلن بیل است زیرا توانمندی، تخصص و مهارت بالا را بر تمییز دادن طبقات و اقشار اجتماعی به کار می برد و از آنجایی که عمدتاً طبقه متوسط را گروه بروکرات ها تشکیل می دهند هرچند بعضی از این افراد از لحاظ اقتصادی ضعیف هستند ولی در مجموع این افراد از نظر تحصیلات و تخصص در سطح بالایی می باشند و به همین جهت در طبقه متوسط قرار می گیرند. پرسش اصلی این تحقیق این است که چالش های سیاسی/اقتصادی کدم‌اند و چه تاثیری بر طبقه متوسط داشته است؟ در پاسخ این فرضیه مطرح می گردد که به نظر می رسد چالش های سیاسی/اقتصادی موجب ضعف طبقه متوسط در جامعه ایران شده است؛ بنابراین هدف اصلی این مقاله تشریح چالش های سیاسی/اقتصادی است که شناسایی و کمک به حل و فصل این چالش ها می‌تواند منجر به پویایی و نقش‌ آفرینی طبقه متوسط شود.

the middle class: political/economic challenges in post-islamic revolution iran

the middle class is a social group characterized by its high levels of skills and expertise, which allows its members to occupy a variety of occupations. culturally, the middle class shares values more similar to those of the upper class, while economically, it aligns more closely with the working class. given its important and influential role, this class has always been regarded as a driving force and one of the main pillars of progress and development in human societies. for this reason, the purpose of this article is to examine the political and economic challenges faced by the middle class in iran following the islamic revolution. in terms of methodology, this is an analytical study that employs documentary methods to gather information. the selected theoretical framework for class analysis is grounded in james allen beale’s theory, which utilizes high competence, expertise, and skill to differentiate between classes and social strata. the middle class primarily consists of bureaucrats; although some individuals within this group may be economically disadvantaged, they generally possess a high level of education and expertise, thereby categorizing them within the middle class. the primary question of this research is: what are the political and economic challenges, and what impact have they had on the middle class? in response to this hypothesis, it is proposed that political and economic challenges have contributed to the weakening of the middle class in iranian society. therefore, the primary purpose of this article is to describe the political and economic challenges that can enhance the dynamism and role of the middle class in identifying and addressing these issues.
