الگوی سیاسی حاکم بر روابط رسانه‌ها و دولت مصر (مطالعه موردی: حکومت عبدالفتاح‌السیسی)

در ژوئیه سال 2013 عبدالفتاح‌السیسی با یک کودتای نظامی توانست محمد مرسی رئیس‌جمهور وقت مصر را سرنگون کرده و خود قدرت را در دست بگیرد. وی رسانه‌ها را عامل سقوط حسنی مبارک می‌دانست و از همین رو بر آن شد تا الگوی جدیدی از رابطه دولت این کشور و ساختار رسانه‌ای مصر حاکم سازد. از این رو، سوال اصلی این پژوهش آن است که چه الگویی بر روابط رسانه‌ها و دولت مصر به ریاست عبدالفتاح السیسی حاکم است؟ یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد که رسانه‌های مصری در دوره ریاست جمهوری عبدالفتاح‌السیسی تحت کنترل و نظارت شدیدی قرار گرفتند و الگوی جدیدی بر روابط رسانه‌ها و نظام سیاسی در مصر حاکم شده است. گرچه الگوی جدید مورد حمایت عبدالفتاح السیسی بود، اما سرانجام به دلیل ناکارآمدی، بر تمامی رسانه‌های مصری تاثیر منفی برجای گذاشت و از هم فروپاشید. این پژوهش با هدف شناخت الگوی حاکم بر روابط رسانه‌ها و دولت مصر در دوره شش ساله 2013 تا 2019 انجام شده است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، با استفاده از روش تحلیل اسنادی که بر مطالعه هدفمند و نظامند منابع مبتنی است و محور آن جستجوی توصیفی و تفسیری است، روابط رسانه‌ها با نظام سیاسی به ریاست عبدالفتاح السیسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

The Political Model Governing Relations Between the Media and the Egyptian Government (Case Study: The Government of Abdel Fattah el-Sisi)

In July 2013, Abdel Fattah elSisi ousted thenPresident of Egypt Mohamed Morsi and was able to seize power in a military coup. He blamed the media for the Hosni Mubarak’s fall and, accordingly, decided to establish a new model of the relationship between the Egyptian government and the structure of the Egyptian media.  The main question of this research is: what is the pattern of relations between the media and the Egyptian government headed by Abdel Fattah elSisi? The findings show that the Egyptian media was closely monitored during the presidency of Abdel Fattah elSisi, and a new pattern emerged in the relationship between the media and the political system in Egypt. Although the new pattern was supported by Abdel Fattah elSisi, eventually it negatively affected all the Egyptian media and collapsed due to inefficiency. This study aims to identify the pattern governing the relationship between the media and the Egyptian government in the six years from 2013 to 2019. To achieve this goal, using the method of document analysis, which is based on a purposeful and systematic study of sources and focuses on descriptive and interpretive search, the relationship between the media and the political system headed by Abdel Fattah elSisi has been examined.
