انقلاب اسلامی و نظم منطقه ای ایرانی

نظم منطقه‌ای ایرانی دارای تاریخ بسیار طولانی است که سابقه آن به دوره هخامنشیان مربوط می‌شود. فروپاشی ساسانیان، پایانی بر الگوی منطقه‌گرایی ایرانی یعنی ساتراپی بود. با شکل‌گیری نظم وستفالی، نظم‌های منطقه‌ای در قالب ژئوپلتیک نمایان شده و ایران در این دوره، تحت سیطره چنین نظمی قرار گرفت. انقلاب اسلامی به عنوان یک نوپدید و همزمان شدن آن با تکامل سیستم بین‌الملل از ساده به پیچیده آشوبی، دستگاه تحلیلی نوینی را برای نظم منطقه‌ای ایرانی ضروری می‌سازد که ادبیات روابط بین‌الملل ایرانی به آن نپرداخته و  در این حوزه، دارای عقب‌ماندگی جدی هستند. بر این اساس پرسش اصلی پژوهش، بر این محور شکل می‌گیرد؛ پیامدهای انقلاب اسلامی بر نظم منطقه‌ای ایران چیست؟ پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از نظریه سیستم‌های پیچیده و آشوبی و همچنین با کاربست روش آبداکشن که بر تبیین واقعیت‌های نوپدید و یافتن بهترین تبیین متمرکز است؛ سعی در ارائه پاسخ قانع‌کننده و ارایه دستگاه تحلیلی نوین در این حوزه دارد. نویسنده نشان می‌دهد؛ نظم منطقه‌ای شبکه‌ای با دو ویژگی برجسته پانارکی و هیترارکی از جمله نوآوری انقلاب اسلامی در حوزه نظم منطقه‌ای ایرانی است.

Islamic Revolution and the Iranian Regional Order.

The Iranian regional order has a very long history, dating back to the Achaemenid period. The collapse of the Sassanid was the end of the pattern of Iranian regionalism, namely the satrapy. With the formation of the Westphalian order, regional orders emerged in the form of geopolitics. During this period, Iran came under the control of such an order. The Islamic Revolution as emergence and its coincidence with the evolution of the international system from simple to complexchaotic necessitates a new analytical apparatus for the Iranian regional order that the international relations literature has not addressed and in this field, they are seriously inefficient. Based on this reality, the main research question is based on what are the consequences of the Islamic Revolution on the regional order of Iran? The author tries to provide a convincing answer and a new analytical apparatus in this field by using the theory of complex and chaotic systems and also by applying the abduction method which focuses on explaining emerging facts and finding the best explanation. The author illustrates that network regional order with two characteristics including panarchy and heterarchy is an innovation by the Islamic revolution in the field of Iranian regional order.Keywords
