دشواره‌‌ی رویارویی آزادی، دولت و مذهب در جامعه عربی از دیدگاه عبدالله العروی

آزادی با ورود به جامعه عربی با دشواره‌‌های چندوجهی روبرو گشت که اقتدارگرایی یکی از آنان است. حاکمان و دولت‌‌های عربی اگرچه به‌ظاهر نهاد دین را از نهاد دولت متمایز ساختند؛ ‌اما دین را ابزاری برای پیشبرد سیاست‌‌های خود، ساخته و از مفهوم آزادی نیز معنایی متفاوت استخراج نمودند. سوال اصلی این مقاله این است که جایگاه و معنای آزادی در رویارویی با دولت و مذهب در جامعه عربی چیست؟ پاسخ به این سئوال بدین قرار است که درک از معنای آزادی در ادبیات سیاسی عرب متفاوت است و موانعی چون اقتدار دولت باعث شده است؛ امکان و توان جامعه عربی در توسعه و گسترش آزادی، خود را به صورت ناپایدار، پدیدار سازد. به همین منظور این مقاله در صدد  است؛ با استفاده از روش تفسیری تفهمی ماکس وبر و چارچوب مفهومی آزادی، به بررسی دشواره‌‌ی رویارویی آزادی، دولت و مذهب در جامعه عربی از دیدگاه عبدالله العروی، که یکی از متفکران مشهور در کشور مراکش در قرن بیستم است؛ بپردازد. در این تحقیق نشان داده شده است؛ آزادی و دموکراسی به دلایل تاریخی و زمینه‌های قومی و فرهنگی نتوانسته عملی شود. همچنین دین مانع آزادی نیست؛ بلکه سنت‌‌های قبیله‌‌ای و دولت‌‌ها هستند که در طول تاریخ مانع آزادی بوده‌‌اند

The Problematic Encounter of Liberty, Government, and Religion in Arab Society with Focusing on Abdallah Laroui Views

Upon entering Arab society, freedom faced multifaceted difficulties, one of which was authoritarianism. The Arab rulers and states, although ostensibly distinguishing the institution of religion from the institution of the state; But they used religion as a tool to advance their policies and to derive a different meaning from the concept of freedom. If religion is not an obstacle to freedom; Rather, it is tribal traditions and governments that have historically impeded freedom. The main question of this article is what is the position and meaning of freedom in confronting the government and religion in the Arab society? The initial answer to this question is that the understanding of the meaning of freedom in Arabic political literature is different, and obstacles such as the authority of the state have made the Arab community’s ability to develop and expand freedom unstable. To this end, this article seeks to examine the difficulty of the confrontation between freedom, government, and religion in Arab society from the perspective of Abdullah Laroui, a wellknown thinker in Morocco, in the twentieth century, using the interpretive method and conceptual framework of the freedom. This study shows that freedom and democracy have not been possible due to historical and ethnic and cultural reasons.
