بررسی مدیریت امنیت اجتماعی از منظر آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی (ره)

امنیت یکی از ابتدایی‌ترین نیازهای بشر از زمان آغاز زندگی بوده است، پس تاکید و تمرکز بر این مسئله از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. امروزه با توجه به جایگاه جهانی و منطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران لزوم توجه به این مهم بسیار مشهود و واضح است؛ اما بیشتر پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته در حوزه مطالعات امنیت به‌نوعی در چارچوب مطالعات غربی صورت گرفته‌اند و کمبود مطالعات بومی به‌طور محسوس دیده می‌شود. یکی از راه‌های پوشش کمبود موجود، بررسی سیره مدیریت امنیتی افراد موثر در تاریخ انقلاب اسلامی است. آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی (ره) به‌عنوان یکی از شخصیت‌های برجسته و موثر در انقلاب اسلامی، مسئولیت‌های مهمی در وزارت کشور و کمیته انقلاب اسلامی داشتند. در پژوهش حاضر به این سوال‌ پاسخ داده می شود که نحوه مدیریت امنیت اجتماعی آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی (ره) در انقلاب اسلامی چگونه بوده است و چه مولفه‌هایی مدنظر ایشان قرار داشته است؟ محققان با بررسی منابع حوزه امنیت و اتخاذ روش تحلیل محتوا در سیره ایشان، به این نتیجه رسیده‌اند که ایشان ذیل امنیت اجتماعی مولفه‌هایی از قبیل رسانه، هویت، عدالت، شکاف و نظم اجتماعی را مهم انگاشته‌اند و معتقد بودند برای ایجاد آن، ابتدا باید سراغ مولفه‌های مذکور رفت و تا هنگامی‌که در این حوزه‌ها آسیب وجود داشته باشد، نمی‌توان گفت امنیت اجتماعی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارد.

The Study of Social Security Management from the Perspective of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny

Security has been one of the most basic human needs since the beginning of life, so focusing on it is paramount. Nowadays, considering the global and regional position of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is necessary to pay attention to this important issue. But most research in the field of security studies has somehow been conducted in the context of Western studies, and the void of indigenous studies is noticeable. One way to cover the vacuum is to examine the security management practices of those influential in the history of the Islamic Revolution. As one of the prominent and influential figures in the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny (RA) had important responsibilities in the Ministry of the Interior and the Committee of the Islamic Revolution. The authors answer the question of how the social security management of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny (RH) was in the Islamic Revolution and what were the components of it? Researchers in the field of security and content analysis have found that they have considered social security as important as media, identity, justice, gaps and social order, and believe that it is necessary to create it first. The basic components went away and as long as there is damage in these areas, it cannot be said that social security is in a good state.
