نقش رهبری سید حسن نصرالله در به‌کارگیری قدرت هوشمند حزب‌الله در مواجهه با مخالفان

مقاله حاضر به‌منظور شناخت نقش سید حسن نصرالله، دبیر کل حزب‌الله لبنان در به‎کارگیری قدرت هوشمند حزب‌الله در مواجهه با مخالفان نگاشته‌شده و درصدد بوده، به این پرسش پاسخ‌دهد که «نقش سید حسن نصرالله در به‎کارگیری قدرت هوشمند حزب‌الله در مواجهه با مخالفان چگونه بوده‌است؟»؛ برای یافتن پاسخ این پرسش از روش کیفی از نوع اسنادی تحلیلی استفاده و داده ها با ابزار فیش برداری جمع‌آوری‌شده‌است. یافته های پژوهش بیان‌می‌کنند که سید حسن نصرالله در مواجهه با مخالفان، تلفیقی از قدرت سخت و نرم را با اعمال ترکیبی از دو سبک رهبری تراکنشی و الهام بخش، متناسب با شرایط مخالفان (داخلی و خارجی) اعمال‌کرده‌است. «قدرت سخت» سید حسن نصرالله با به‌کارگیری دو مهارت سازمانی و سیاسی در سخنرانی های عید مقاومت 2000 تا 2018 در مواجهه با مخالفان و «قدرت نرم» او با بهره از سه مهارت «هوش احساسی، ارتباطات و چشم انداز» و نیز بهره‌برداری از هوش محیطی در مواجهه با مخالفان، اعمال‌شده‎است. او در مواجهه با مخالفان، بیشتر از قدرت سخت و سبک رهبری تراکنشی استفاده‌کرده و درصورت اعمال قدرت نرم نیز، روش‌های ضد‌الهام‎بخش را در برابر مخالفان به‌کاربرده‌است

The Intelligence Power of Sayed Hasan Nasrallah in Confronting his Opponents

This essay is discussing the intelligence power of Sayed Hasan Nasrallah the generalsecretary of Hezbollah in confronting his opponents, and it answers the following question “What is the intelligence power that Sayed Hasan Nasrallah use in confronting the opponents?” To answer this question, the Qualitative research “analyzing documents” and collecting data by “taking notes” has been used. The result of this research, indicated that Sayed Hasan Nasrallah integrates two types of power in his confrontation “the hard power and the soft power” with one extra method of these two ways “transactional leadership and Inspiration” which Commensurate with the opponents’ conditions “in and out opponents” “The Hard power” is used by recruiting his political and arrangement skills in his speeches in “Resistance Day” occasion since 20002018, in confrontation his opponents. However, the soft power was used by brightening three abilities “Emotional Integellience”, the ability of “communicating” and estimating the situation “, and by using the environmental intelligence (the intelligence that fits the audience environment) in confronting his opponents. In confrontation opponents field, he used “the hard power and the transactional leadership” more than the other skills. However, in the soft power field, he used the “Against inspiration” way to confront his opponents.
